Our water heater died and after checking reviews for several plumbers, I decided to try Buford Plumbing and Mechanical. Jane, the person who answered the phone asked me for information about my old water heater and the space where it was located. She then called me back shortly after with a quote and said that they could get a plumber out to my place in a few hours. The plumber arrived when they told me that they would. Had the new water heater installed in about an hour and half. He was very professional and friendly. He took time to show me how to adjust the temperature, if needed. I was happy to support this local family owned business and would highly recommend them.

I talked with Jane, and we determined the right water heater for our space in our home. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. The day it was scheduled, they called and David came out to install the heater. He was so professional and careful in the installation! He removed the old water heater, and installed the new one with all the plumbing hardware routed carefully and neatly in our small room. He also repaired a faucet on the front of our house. He explained the operation of the new water heater, and cleaned up everything. We have never used Buford before, but now they are our go to plumbing company. You will be glad and not disappointed if you use this company.

This company was very accommodating and extremely professional. The guys were very professional but very down to earth. They replaced our Hot water heater by converting it to an electric model because of the enormous additions and modifications it would have taken to bring our gas heater up to code. We were experiencing problems with warm water filling our toilets and causing a mold build up and mixing and maintaining the correct amount of hot and cold water in our showers.We had several other plumbing companies attempt to solve problem by replacing parts but nothing changed. On the first call the Buford rep. explained the problem and ordered the parts to fix it.He came back very soon with the parts and installed them with a minimum clean up required. Excellent work by a well qualified technician.
