The inception of Buffington Bros. took place in 1951, thanks to brothers Claude and Vernon Buffington. Stan, Claude's son, and his wife, Mary, eventually took the reins of the company. Today, we are excited to see the third generation stepping in, with Stan and Mary's children beginning to take charge. Our little grandkids from the fourth generation are already accustomed to the family business environment!

Stan grew up in the heating and cooling sector, having seen his father establish the business as a small two-person operation. During his teenage years, Stan took on the task of installing heating and air conditioning systems by himself. Upon finishing high school, he purchased the company from his father and, alongside his wife, started to grow it over the years. What began as a small two-man operation has transformed into a team of around 40 employees, offering residential and commercial services in HVAC, plumbing, insulation, and duct cleaning.
