NOPE - they changed their prices and the plumber who came to the house did not do what I asked him to do, and left. man, i thought I had it...but NOPE

$250 to get a shower routed? that is a 1 hr job tops. seems very expensive.


About 2 yrs ago, we had standing water in our basement. We had recently had a new hot water heater installed, so we called that company back to have a look. Turns out it wasn't the hot water heater. That companies plumber ( i wish i could remember who they were, as they would not get a good review) reset the ejector pump without checking what the cause for the standing water could be. We have a commercial grade pump for some odd reason. Anyway, the standing water was caused by plugged sewer line. When all the water jettisoned out due to the ejector pump, it and all the sewer line water hit the clog and came rocketing back in the house. I had black water coming out of every sink and shower on the main floor and basement. Seriously, it looked like an oil rig going off. All that water ran down the stairs of the basement and through the ceiling and walls. Totalled the basement.

Anyhow, we decided to switch plumbing companies. We looked around and found these guys. They had the most competative price with Roto Rooters coming in at triple the cost. They replaced our entire line which was tile and is now PVC as per today's norm. From disaster to line replacement took about a week. The inspectors gave kudos to the work. This all went down around Thanksgiving time.

We have used them ever since. They replaced a toilet, and cleared drains. Most recently they replaced our disposal....on Christmas eve.
