Bueno Plumbing is now A-1 plumbing. Run! They don't show up, do things wrong, but will always have their hand out for another payment. Never finished my job, torn out my cabinets which were suppose to stay etc. Only shows when you complain a lot. There is a reason they changed their name.

Would not recommend this plumbering service. Rude receiptionist who hung up on me while I was speaking. Fernando Favola did not knock or ring the door bell. I have three small dogs who hear the deliver people before they ring the door bell. He stated he rang the door bell and knocked but my dogs never heard. Because he was hired out by my home warrenty company, he was unable to fix anything since he emailed them stating no one was home. Water issues started on Thanksgiving Day and will not be fixed until Monday or Tuesday. Do not have this company fix your plumbing since he most like will show up and not knock or ring the door bell and state you were not home and leave.

Had a water heater problem. Called Bueno to give them a try. Other plumbers simply cost too much. Asked what it would cost to fix my issue they quoted over the phone. Very inexpensive after hours call.

Showed up less than an hour after hours. They didn't have the part but told me to call the manufacturer and make a problem ticket as he thought it was still on warranty. I did. Then my plumber, next day, followed up with the manufacturer and got them to next day air the parts to my house. He calls me and tells me whats going on.

Next day parts show up and Bueno Plumbing shows up shortly after and they install them. All up and running. I figure this was seamless and simple but I figure its gonna cost a pretty penny.

Are you ready? I say well you came out after hours diagnose a problem, told me how to do the warranty then called the manufacturer and got it next day air, then came back to install and fix, so whats the damage?

Bueno Plumbing (Trell) says, "Just what we said, you owe the service call that is all". Folks I have a new plumber they are called Bueno Plumbing.

Bueno Plumbing is the best! They are fast and reasonable. They sent out the plumber and he explained the situation and fixed it in no time

These guys were the cheapest plumbers for our problem. The came right out and were done in under two hours. Great job.

Stay away from this business I gave Gabriel Mendez deposit of $2000 for tap water He never started or completed the work. I contacted to BBB, he never replied to my complain I went to mediation he didn't show . Now I am going to file a small claim court . I found one more review on this website with the same complain and it looks like it is deceptive business practice . Be aware !!!!

Had Bueno Plumbing out to install my new toilet. The staff was friendly and got the job done fast. Gabe is a nice guy.
