Edgar, was our savior, when he arrived in his super hero plumbing uniform. Just in the nick of time. He was as fast as a speeding bullet, and with his almost certainly X-ray vision he found the source of our gas leak and replaced the valve that was damages. It was a great and very professional experience.

Our washing machine drain was overflowing. Called up Bueno plumbing. The owner Kevin Bueno himself came and checked crawl space and informed me that the pipes were all plastic and probably new and did not need replacement (liked the honesty and no upsell). Decided that the drain only needed rooting. Would recommend them. Only hitch was they were not at the scheduled time and I had to call their office. But they were prompt after that.

Had a great experience with Bueno Plumbing! They sent Kevin over to help me with a broken garbage disposal. He came on time, gave me a very reasonable estimate (which I agreed to) and had it working again almost immediately. Kevin was very thorough, friendly, and obviously knew what he was talking about - answering a bunch of questions I had for him about other plumbing issues/upgrades for our house. Bottom line, I would highly recommend them!

These guys are honest and not out there to rip off customers. Kevin guided me and took care of my water leak immediately. I am looking to have these guys help during my renovations soon. I thought I had called my regular plumber having googled them but didn't realize that Bueno was purchasing google ads so I mistakenly called them to come fix our garbage disposal. They came out, charged us $80 to open it up and unclog it. When we went to use the disposal, it was not working again - the same thing - a hum which indicates a clog. Obviously, they didn't fully fix it. So I called to ask if they could come back out and fix it for real the next day. However, I was told they would have to charge $80. The person on the phone then instructed me on how I could fix it myself. I will never use this business again and made sure I had my regular plumber on speed dial - who will come back at no charge to fix something if it wasn't fixed during the first business. (BTW, regular plumber is Crown Plumbing and they do a fantastic job at fixing plumbing the first time and guarantee their work.)

UPDATE: The business owner called and apologized for the response from the person who answered the phone. After I called back on a second time n noting the ""satisfaction guaranteed"" statement on their bill, they agreed to make good on their written policy of satisfaction guaranteed and give me a refund. He also requested that I change my review from 1 star to 5.

I had a leak in one of the water connections in my crawl space. I called Bueno Plumbing to schedule a service and they sent Jimmy. I couldn't be happier with the work. Not only he fixed the problem within minutes, I asked him about a couple of other jobs that I was thinking of getting done. He gave me several options at various price points and I am very thankful for it. Bueno would for sure be my first call whenever I have a plumbing job at my house.
