Their website and Google search results states 24/7 plumbing repair. I called on a Saturday and was told they couldn't (wouldn't?) help me. I guess they don't know what 24/7 stands for. False advertising makes me not want to work with or recommend them. Too bad. If they had helped, I would have given them a glowing review for rescuing me.
