Recommended Customer Reviews

Bud's was able to come out quickly when we had water backing up in our garage. The tech was able to quickly determine and resolve the problem as well as provided additional helpful information in less than an hour. We were very appreciative.

This business was recommended to us by a contractor. Boy are they great to work with. Tom and Steve went the extra mile for us in replacing a faulty refrigerator water line valve. Tightened up new kitchen faucet too. We are having them back for some other plumbing repairs. Much more reasonable price than well known brothers.

I can honestly say, Bud's Plumbing Service is outstanding and, if I could rate them higher than that, I definitely would! Today, in addition to a power outage, the plumbing was also backed up. The bathtub was full of ugh!!! I called Buds and made appointment for them to come out, but they couldn't run their snake without the power being on. I was planning to call them back when that happened. Instead, when time opened up on their schedule, someone from Bud's called me to see if the power was on yet. This happened about five times until the afternoon when the power finally came back on. Thank you SMUD! I can only imagine what THEY were going thru. Anyway, Bud's plumbing came out and fixed the issue. Calling me every time they had time open up to see if I had power was going over and above. I so appreciated it! These guys are great!!!

They came out and did the job (from what I have been told). Customer service skills are in need of review. As an offsite portfolio property manager I rely on effective communication skills with vendors to ensure things are completed. I called to follow up on a job, as I had not received any call back on the appointment to advise of the findings of said inspection of a main line.
The representative had an attitude from the moment I asked for follow up on an inspection that was conducted the prior day.
""An InSpEcTioN...?""
""Yes, there was an inspection- I had called your company so that a plumber-""
""There were roots in the mainline that were removed""
""Okay, thank you. I hadn't received a follow up call so I didn't know.""
I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day or if it was a misunderstanding... either way it needs work. I work an insanely stressful job in which the majority of my communication is with angry homeowners. Therefore I choose to work with vendors with good communication skills and decent customer service skills. I am not even asking you to go above and beyond, its just not necessary to be a jerk

Worst plumbing service. Horrible customer service. Never call these people for business

Got ahold of them at least, was having trouble finding someone to come out. Took a little while, but Arlind came out and cleared our clogged sewer line with a snake in no time. He had quoted us between $130-150, but when the invoice came it was $201! A couple of days later, the line was plugged again ... called them again, but no one answered and no one returned our calls. Called another company, who was terrific!

John from Bud's plumbing service came out and snaked out a clog we had and did a great job. A few months ago he swapped out a toilet and did excellent work there too. We have used Bud's plumbng for years and John is a good representatve of the company-professional and frendly. Great work with fair prices we always use Bud's Thank again you guys!

Called for a problem with toilet and a drip leak in the bathtub faucet. Fixed the toilet and told me that the bathtub leak was not in the faucet but the connections in the wall. The wall would have to be torn out in order to fix. The repairman said he would talk to the office to get me a quote. Took 3 days for the owner to come out and look at it. He eyeballed it and said he would get me a quote by the following Monday (3 more days). It is now Thursday and still have no quote and the drip got worse. Was losing a ton of water. I called another plumber who came out right away and fixed it with the same parts..and cheaper.

We highly recommend Bud's Plumbing. They called to confirm they were on their way. We got next day service. They knew what they were doing. They were quick. they were efficient. they did a great job. prices are reasonable. we highly recommend Bud's Plumbing!

My plumber was nearly an hour late (53 minutes to be exact). I took time off work to take care of this, so my time was definitely money here. He was there to unclog a sink and attempt to fix my garbage disposal. He declared my garbage disposal dead (and he was very concerned with the electricity in my kitchen), but fixed my clog in the sink in about 30 minutes. Since this company has a minimum of $139 an hour, that's how much I paid, which I found unfair, but I'm new to the world of plumbing. Especially since I had to wait nearly an hour for him. He was a nice guy, but kept giving me tips that were wild-ish conspiracy theory ideas. I booked this place based on recommendations on Yelp and I sadly didn't have the great experience others did. It was meh-ok. :/
