Used them to unclog one drain in my house. Not only did they cost WAY more than other places ($120 as opposed to $80 other companies quoted me), they also SEVERELY scratched the porcelain on my toilet. Will never use again, do not recommend and suggest everyone steer clear!

Just a update & to clarify my review on 11/06/2020 . The service was done at our Boulder City Home ,& not in Michigan. And yes hot water in just great with no issues. Price was reasonable and done right! All I can say is Thank You !!

Called to have someone come check a small leak I have under my sink. Said no one was willing to come today or tomorrow. Didnt seem eager for my local business. Sorry for being an inconvenience trying to get a plumber. I'll call someone else from now on.

We had a really leaky faucet in our kitchen which we bought a replacement for and needed installation of the new one. At the same time we have a new bathtub on order which will require a plumbing installation so we wanted a cost estimate while they were here installing the faucet. We've used this company in years past since we've been here almost 20 years and we've used Rants as well. So we left messages yesterday for both companies explaining what was needed and got a call back from Buds this morning so they got the job. They did a great job installing the new kitchen faucet and have given us a fair estimate of cost for the new bathtub installation. I think theses guys have now become our first phone call when we need anything further in the way of plumbing. Thank you Andy & Danny for your rapid response and faucet installation, no more leaks! We will definitely be calling them when the new bathtub arrives.
As I stated in my earlier review, we were given great service on this faucet installation and called these guys to do the installation of our new spa tub. We had an estimate we considered to be fair but when they came to do the work they were terribly disorganized, kept having to go out for different equipment they needed and didn't have with them. Ultimately, when the father showed up with the final bill we were flabbergasted to find it was TRIPLE what the two sons had quoted us He basically had no explanation except that they did not know what they were talking about. How did this become our problem that he allows them to give bogus estimates? Plus the bathtub faucet leaks and they returned to fix it and it continued to leak even after until my husband took it apart himself to stop the leaking. Beware to get your estimate from the Father, Bill, NOT his sons.

After having plumbing issues for the last 4 years the owner of the house that we reside in finally broke down and decided to replace the main plumbing line. Sadly the plumbing company he has used to try and do the repairs, are not very professional. The plumbers would snake the line what seemed like every other month. When the plumbers were done, they would leave their trash, and also human waste to sit in the backyard. They had the audacity to try and blame me being a female, stating that I've thrown feminine hygiene products and flushed them. Even the owner of the property tried to say he wasn't going to pay for the plumbers if it backs up again. So for 4 years with a constant plumbing issue, the owner had decided to hire Bud's Plumbing again, to fix and replace the main. Well low and behold the main that was old galvanized pipe, had a tree root inside of it and had taken up probably 98% of the pipe. Well to top off their poor customer service, and lack of professionalism, the plumbers not only left the visqueen they had laid upon as to not physically lay in human waste while trying to repair the pipes under the house (crawlspace under this old house), they also decided to have their guy with the backhoe cut the sprinkler line in the front yard and not repair the sprinkler line when they finished the main line. Bud's Plumbing are not only unprofessional with not keeping you informed with the work that needs to take place, they do a shoddy job and are lazy when it comes to cleaning up after they've done the job. Not to mention they left a 4inch wide cleanout pipe that sits about a foot tall in the front yard that is an eyesore. They told us they were going to bury it, that still remains to be seen. I would never recommend this company!
