I had a disrespectful encounter with a service professional from Budge Sewer Service yesterday, as he aggressively banged on my door and rang my doorbell, and seemed agitated that he was called to my home. He did not finish the job and left - although he did call me because he needed power, he did not leave a message. He stated that he knocked on my back door, but I did not hear him; common sense would have indicated that he should have gone to the front and rang the doorbell. When I texted and called him, he didn't respond. About 40 minutes after my text message, he responded via text (indicated that he thought I was 'scared of him or something' - which was ridiculous. He didn't even have the decency to place the drain top back on properly. In addition, the service worker lied about the situation, and of course another staff member and the business owner believed his perspective. However, it is important to note that the customer is not always wrong, and I don't appreciate being disrespected and approached aggressively by the service worker. On another review that I wrote, the business owner stated that I 'wasted their time' and indicated that I was 'very hard to get in touch with' those things simply were not true. Yes, I was away from my phone temporarily and did not know that the service worker needed something, but I had responded to every phone contact that day, and again, common sense would have indicated that if he didn't see me at the back area and he's knocking, to at least go to front and attempt to ring the doorbell once. The treatment and tone I received from the service worker was undeserved and unappreciated, and I informed him via text that his thinking that I was scared of him was completely inaccurate and that his demeanor was inappropriate.

Just moved to the area and had a bad water leak in the line to my sprinkler system. I contacted several business and Budget Sewer Services were the only provider to respond. Jared contacted me and said they would be out first thing the next morning. They arrived early and fixed the issue. I had a subsequent issue in the same general area and they came ASAP and fixed the issue with no charge. I highly recommend and will use them if a plumbing issue occurs again.

I very recently moved into an old home that was owned by my grandparents . Within a month I was having issues with my toilet system not flushing and my shower holding water. I called Budget right before the 4th of July I was expecting quite literally a shit show . The wonderful woman on the phone quoted me a price and set me up with an appointment no problem. When the two guys came to check out my septic tank they were professional and helpful. I was told they'd be here between 9-2 and they were here before 10 and gone before 11 . They were also incredibly nice and honest about the problems my tank had which I honestly can't be more appreciative of as a young woman out on her own . Thank you Budget Sewer you scored yourselves a very very happy customer!!!

Called Budget Sewer Service to pump a home septic tank. My initial appointment for pumping the septic tank was set by their office for June 4, 2021 between the hours of 1:00-3:00 p.m. When no technician arrived during this window, I contacted their office to verify the appointment window. The office indicated that the technician was running behind, but that he was expected to arrive within the next 30-45 minutes. The technician did arrive within that timeframe but ultimately could not locate the septic tank. We had previously advised their office that the former owners of the home did not know where it was located, but Budget Sewer Service indicated that it would not be problem because the technicians carried probes to assist with locating the tank. After several unsuccessful attempts to locate the tank, the technician advised us to contact the County Department of Health to obtain a plat map. The technician also advised us that there would be no charges for that day's service call, provided we called Budget Sewer Service back after we had the map. On June 7, 2021, my wife called the Department of Health and was told that no plat map existed for our address. She then notified Budget Sewer Service of the same and was advised that a technician with a camera would come to the home on June 8, 2021. She also re-contacted the former homeowners and was able to obtain a partial drawing that showed the tank location. When the technician with the camera arrived on June 8th, my wife showed him the partial drawing and the tank was able to be successfully located. Later in the afternoon on June 8th Budget Sewer Service returned to my address. Since the access cover was buried underground, some excavation was necessary. After the access cover was exposed, the technicians attempted to pry the cover up with a shovel. While doing so, damage was introduced that created a permanent hole measuring approximately one inch in diameter. The material surrounding the hole was also damaged. After the septic tank was pumped and the access cover reinstalled, the technical asked my wife for a plastic bag that he could put over the hole to prevent water intrusion. The technician suggested the installation of a riser and that Budget could install for an additional $250. On June 9, 2021, I wrote the registered president of Budget Sewer Service seeking remedy for the damaged septic tank cover. This letter went unanswered. I would therefore not recommend Budget Sewer Service as they don't seem to be a customer centric business.

Tech Logan was very polite and helpful. He was not told about the sink just the toilet but both issues were plain on my request. Overall satisfied.

I was recommend to Budget Sewer Service by my normal Plummer (who was in the hospital). Tommy of Budget Sewer Service came to my resident at 2405 Wilkshire drive and did a excellent job with my kitchen sink issues.

I had zero problems with my septic, I called just to have it pumped and inspected just so I knew when it was last pumped seeing I bought the place 2.5 years ago. I took pics before and while they were here to do the work, and the ground is dry and no problems. The truck comes, he opens the top, it is full, the guy pumps it, An hour later, I asked, while the top was open, if they would jet out the lines because solids can clog the line going to the Distribution Box, he said it did not need it and the it should be fine. Days... NOT weeks, later I have gray water coming out the ground. I call them back, they send a tech, he does nothing but dig to the top, but does not open it, calls the office, and they said for another full charge, they can re-pump it, but that is all. They offered no solutions, no options, no service, nor concern... they just wanted more money to re-pump. I asked (and secretly recorded) if I did that, will they jet the Distribution Line. The Tech said they do NOT jet lines, but they are looking to buy a jet in the near future, yet their web site clearly states they jet and service lines, the tech said they do not do anything beyond septic tank itself. I challenged that and said, but if you pump a tank full of solids, it is only logical that solids go into the line to the Distribution Box, he said yes, but they do not service that, inspect that, or pump distribution boxes. I then said, why tell me its fine at the initial service when you really do not know, and you do not actually inspect distribution lines or distribution boxes, or pluming or even own a jet? Seeing I had no problems before the pumping, it is most likely the line to the DB is just clogged, the tech said, probably. Now I will have to bring another company, have them pump it and inspect it. UPDATE 20 Apr: Per our conversation on the telephone, Budget Sewer made it clear that their employee """"misspoke"""" by saying they do not own any jets to clean lines, and that their company could in fact have jetted the line from the septic tank to the distribution box. Fun thing is, I had a competitor do their job for them. Per their competitor, """"The Georgia Code for pumping older cement """"T"""" tanks, the company is suppose to dig up both covers at both the inlet cement """"T"""" and outlet cement """"T."""" """"Had the company (that would be Budget Sewer) followed the code, they would have easily found the problem, which was a clogged outlet cement """"T"""" that distributes to the distribution box INSIDE the septic tank."""" Isn't that something... basically had Budget Sewer just simply did what you were paid to do, with zero extra beyond what the code warrants... the clogged cement """"T"""" on the other side would have been merely cleaned and problem solved... but Nooooo, those guys had to jump to CYOA, and to make matters worse, they sent a second person, a so-called tech, and that guy too failed to dig up the second cover on the tank and inspect it. He just stood there asking for more money to pump it a second time. Now I was there, and only one hole was dug and I have pictures too. Now according to Budget Sewers assessment, my drain field was all messed up and the using jets will cause all this harm when the whole time... they NEVER looked, and had they just opened the second cover on the tank, the mystery would have been solved... wow. And they hung up in my face, and it cost me double, for in my Opinion is, is pure incompetence, lack of attention to detail, lack of training, and lack of knowledge of the code... but hey... I am just a customer right? Now for good measure, I had their competitor do what Budget Sewer advertises they do i.e. perform a full inspection of my system... and NOT just pump it. Their competitor dug up my distribution box... and it was nice and good, then they ran a camera up my drain field and everything was just fine, no roots, no breaks for cracks ect... which is all I wanted to know in the first place, and never once (to include in my complaint of your service) did I complain about cost(s), time, etc., I just wanted service that they so proudly advertise regardless of price. Budget Sewer can Keep the money from their failed attempt... they obviously need it more than me, as a matter of fact, spend it on training, and learn not to hang up in someone's face, and grow thicker skin when someone flames you on social media, and lastly... The management and employees came off as though you could never be wrong without even looking, let me say that again... without even looking... and I have all the results that they were 100 percent wrong... work on that too...
