I had a clogged drain that I could not unclog myself, called Budget and they were there within 3 hours to diagnose and fix the issue. As noted in other reviews, Tom is so helpful in explaining what causes the problem and what steps you should take that should prevent the issue from happening again. Highly recommend.

I had a clogged drain from ""flushable"" wipes that i could not plunge or snake out. i was recommended to Budget from the Polite plumber who was booked.

They promptly answered my call, gave me the high and low estimate based on my description of the problem and told me a window of when to expect the tech. I received a call 20 mins before Tom came as a heads up.

He did a fine job, was neat and explained everything along the way.

Would definitely use them again.
