These folks were recommended to us by Northwest Restoration. We had had an earlier bid by another plumbing company to replace a damaged section of sewer pipe, who gave us a bid that was 3 times more costly. We chose Budget Rooter, who completed the project in a day and hauled off the broken pipe. When they tested the system after the pipe was replaced they found a flow problem with a toilet, which they fixed at no extra charge! The plumbers were personable and professional and I recommend them highly.

Great quality service from an excellent company; from scheduling with Angela to working with Jerry, a skilled and knowledgeable plumber. Jerry took the time to understand how upgrading the water line to my sprinklers fit into a bigger remodel goal to be sure the solution worked and wouldn't have to be changed later. Those few extra minutes of planning made for an excellent job and the work went quickly. I was pleased with both the quality of work and the price. I'll definitely use Budget when it's time to remodel the kitchen and for all plumbing issues. Oh, the $10 gas charge is so little compared to other plumbers.

This company was reasonably priced, was able to come to my home within a couple of days, and did a great job!
I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs I may have in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone.
Someone else on here put they charged an extra $10 and yes they charged us that too but called it a fuel tax. But you know what? I don't care because they might be charging me $10 extra but they actually saved me hundreds! The other companies we called quoted a minimum of $200 to $600 more!
They came right away, did a great job and charged a low price.

Budget Rooter Plumbing is amazing! I had a outdoor water faucet in a concrete wall that burst in the middle of the night and they came out the next day and fixed it. I thought for sure that it was going to cost bare minimum 500$, because of the location, but all said and done it only cost 195$ and they even checked my other facet to make sure it was good, it was leaking and they were able to fix that as well. :)
I have definitely found my plumbing company! Budget Rooter has earned my business.
On a side note the guys were very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with and ask questions. Thank you!

Got the job done in under the $85 dollar 1 hour minimum but tried to give me a $10 ""trip charge"" The website says ""No Travel Time, No Surprises!"" A trip charge sounds like travel time and a surprise to me!
