Called Gary last week when my washing machine stopped working and he answered my voicemail so quickly. It's so hard to find companies that are responsive but Gary was great! Prices are fair, he's quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you Gary!

We have used Gary from Budget Rooter twice in the last six months for two different issues. Each time he came quickly and worked extremely hard to fix the problems. (Neither of which were simple issues. )

This last one we had to call him on a Saturday night and he called right back and came Sunday morning. He worked very hard to successfully make the problem something that cost us a few hundred dollars instead of a few thousand. We had a big piece of lead pipe several feet under our home clogging our main line. He went to extreme lengths to fish it out while many would have said they had to dig to fix it. This was beyond appreciated. We can't recommend him more.

My neighbor downstairs said she had a leak. Gary of Budget Rooter said it was my toilet leaking downstairs. So he charged me almost $400 to 'fix' the toilet. Same toilet, same tank. My neighbor said it's still leaking, so Gary said for an additional $75 he would change the shower head which would stop the leak. By then I had no faith in him, but figured we already paid him, and perhaps he'd see the long picture that we would use him as our plumber if he got it right this time. Plus he said if it still leaked he would give me back my money. GUESS WHAT! It's still leaking. So I called him back, he said, oh you need to have the tile caulked. And by the way, he's not giving me back my money because he's the pipe guy and it's the tiles that are causing the leak. BUT...if we find out that it was the pipes all along, he will give me a refund. I hired Budget Rooter to fix the leak not change the shower head which I could have done myself. He's a plumber, so why didn't he say we needed caulking in the first place. This is just greedy and not good business. I would never ever recommend Budget Rooter.

If every person who came to fix something at my house was as good as Budget Rooter, then Yelp wouldn't exist. Three times I have called them, each a different issue (refrigerator water line installation, leaky pipe, drain/sewer stoppage), and each time they showed up on time, did a fantastic job and charged me an incredibly reasonable amount. I always research people before hiring them so i did my due diligence with Budget Rooter and it paid off. I will use them for every issue i have. They are honest and amazing.

Excellent work. Have used them twice, both times they were on time, worked quickly and left the house clean and dry. Work done was as stated and communicated with me throughout. Rates were very reasonable, and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend them.
