Nope! They were selected because this is American home shields go to for the area. They should rethink this selection. The worker showed up on time. This is something I can say that is positive. Aside from prompt arrival, he cursed like a sailor, he did confirm the problem and then said he would have to have a plumber come out and take a look. I was under the impression that a guy who is sent to do estimates would be a plumber and know the answers to basic questions and local codes. Is there an option for no stars because we went with another company.

Hello? Can someone pick up the phone?? Been waiting all day for the technician to make my scheduled appointment with a window from 10-4. It's almost 4:00 pm and I haven't received the 30-minute ""prior to arriving call"" as I requested in order to leave the office on time and and be there.

Mason from MSE Plumbing was out today 5/28/19 for a second opinion. He found my story amusing. Said they ""follow behind Budget quite often."" Obviously, I was not doing jumping jacks standing on top of the faucet handle, so the 20 year old handle simply snapping off easily warrants a covered issue. The RIGHT PARTS have been ordered and I'm looking forward to my LEGITIMATELY COVERED repair.

Scheduled my service, waited all day only to have nobody show up. Called and asked what happened, was told there was some issue in their dispatch side. Said she would call me back to figure out solution...never heard back.

They came in to fix water leak under our kitchen sink. They have done quick job changing garbage disposal and air gap. However, while they were changing plastic air gap, both legs that connect to dish washer with soft pipe were poorly connected (both legs were not insert deep enough into the soft pipe nor tight up well. As result, whenever we run dish washer, it create new leaking point at the joint of air gap and soft pipe. And they would blame it on something irrelevant. It end up we learn to redo the join and fixed the problem.

My review is purely off of their customer service, and schedule. Since they never came out to help or replied back to the numerous messages I left, I was forced to use someone else (which was likely for the better). I was assigned Budget Rooter through my home warranty, and played phone tag with this company for two full weeks before asking to get a reassignment. I only spoke with a lady here ONCE and she said she would call me back to see if there was a Saturday opening. She never did. I tried calling them two times a day, left messages, and only received one call back while I was at work. I called them back literally two minutes after, and they wouldn't answer. It was a total joke. Instead, I got generic text messages telling me they were going to show up the next day, in the middle of the morning when I already made it clear to the lady I spoke with that one and only time I work weekdays, so I would need enough time to get that time off to be there. Did that matter? Nope. I mean, the texts say ""if you cannot make this time please call us"". What's the point if they never answer their phone? Do yourself a favor and request someone else if you get assigned Budget Rooter through your home warranty.

Run away! My home warranty sent Budget Rooter to fix my garbage disposal, master bath sink drain, and tub faucet after I moved into my new place. He replaced my garbage disposal same day on November 7, 2018. The tub and sink parts had to be ordered. I waited almost a month and sent a text on December 6th to see if the parts had come in as I didn't hear from anyone. I was told they would get back to me. On December 10th, I sent a text again asking about the parts. On December 12th, I received a text to schedule an appt. but had to rebook because of a scheduling conflict. I have not heard from them after numerous texts asking for assistance December 20th and January 4th with no response. My calls went unanswered. Today, March 18th, I requested my home warranty to get me some other company. I tried to be patient but it didn't work...

This company is horrible! I have a home warranty and was assigned to Budget Rooter. On the initial visit, it went ok. There was a few items that I needed to take care of before they could finish the job. The person they sent also told me he needed to get an authorization to finish my hot water dispenser repair but also that they were unable to fix my sink so they told me that my home warranty would contact me for other options to repair/replace. I waited over a month! I decided to call my home warranty who had my authorization for dispenser clear for approval but nothing was even mentioned about my sink. My approval had been sitting for a month with no communication from the plumbing company. They finally contacted me back to setup the remaining repairs. The same guy came back and told me he remembered our conversation and he would make sure to advise my home warranty company about the sink. 2 weeks later I hear nothing so I call again. The guy still NEVER mentioned my sink. After hours trying to figure out what happened I had that issue resolved as well as the work I needed to complete. I tried for over a week to get a hold of the plumbing company and left 3 voicemails to call me back. Instead of a call back I received a text message asking me if a certain day/time would work and if not to call to setup a time. No one answers the phone and my home cameras show someone coming to my home anyway after I advised them that the day didn't work for me. I am paying another fee just to switch companies. Unreliable and wish I read the reviews before going with them.

Carlos was a rockstar! We filed a claimed through Fidelity Home Warranty and Carlos saved the day! He even followed up with me the next day to see if everything was going ok with our water heater which he repaired in one visit (has the parts needed in his van).

I was a little weary after reading other reviews but was completely satisfied with the service provided. Carlos arrived shortly before 1pm to inspect a leaking garbage disposal. He quickly assessed the situation, had a replacement garbage disposal and got it installed in under 10 minutes. He was kind, efficient and extremely professional. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because of the given appt window from 10am-2:30. I received a text that the plumber was on his way AFTER he had already left. I work from home so it all worked out. Thank you Carlos!
