horrible horrible service....missed their 4 hour window appointment (8-12)... i called since 8am to confirm and left messages.. no answer no responses to my voicemail. called me 3 hours after my appointment when i'm at work and tell me they are on their way. i can't be there for another 30 mins he says sorry i have customers. horrible service. should have trusted the reviews on here. very unhappy customer.

Had an appointment set with this company 2 days ago to come out today and fix our toilet. On the way to our home, the service tech decided our house was in a different city that they don't service. We do not live in the city he said we do, in fact we are 15-20 minutes away from there, we live in a city that they do provide services to, service tech is inept and incapable of reading a map. Now we lost our appointment and cannot get another plumbing service till next week. I have one operating toilet for a family of eight. DO NOT USE THIS INEPT COMPANY. If they can't read a map then they can obviously not be trusted to repair any plumbing issues you may have. Stay far away from them.

If I could give no star for this running company I would. They just eat money of people n do nothing. When you call for a recall it's another 3-4 days. The lady I talked to is a total no no. If people don't love your job I don't know why people do it. I would never recommend this company to any other people I know. Worst customer service and worst everything. If you want to spend spend and spend and don't get your things fixed go ahead with this company.
WORST COMPANY IN TOWN

I've read all the other 1 star reviews and can only attest to the accuracy of them. This place was also referred to me by American Home Shield. They set up an appointment time of between 10 a.m and 3 p.m. I had to take a day off work (I don't get paid for missing work). They said the tech would call when he was on his way. Oh yes, he did call couldn't have been more rude. I answered the phone with hello and got ""you there?"". Didn't identify himself at all. I said yes and he said he was coming. I tried to tell him that GPS doesn't give the right directions and I would tell him how to turn when he got to my street. He interrupted me and said ""I can get there"". 10 minutes later I get a call and he says, ""which way do I turn?"" When he arrived I showed him the broken faucet and he got all argumentative with me, telling me they don't work on my type of plumbing. I told him what needed to be done as this problem had happened previously and that the faucet only needed an o-ring. He didn't even know where to put it, I had to unscrew the faucet and show him. He replaced the o-ring which stopped the water from leaking under the sink but did not fix the running facet problem. He was so rude that I asked him why he was being so rude to me. All of a sudden he's like, ""oh what a nice house you have, etc."" I called to complain to Terrie and got a song and dance about how she knows he has a bad attitude and no people skills but she thought he was a good plumber. Anyway, I asked that someone come back and complete the job since the plumber had said he would replace the facet but would have to order it. I had told him that Terrie said they have faucets in the truck but he said he didn't. I rescheduled another appointment, and had to take another unpaid day off work. The plumber was supposed to be here between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. When no one showed I called Terrie and she said she would call the plumber and see where he was and when he would be here and would get right back to me. After an hour, and at this point getting pretty upset, I called again and she's like ""oh, has it been an hour?"" She said to hold on and she would try to reach him again when she got back on the phone she said she couldn't reach him. I told her I needed someone here today as this was my 2nd day off work with no pay to get this problem fixed. At this point she ""went off on my"" and hung up on me. I called her back and she again hung up on me. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. If you home warranty company refers you to them, insist on someone else.

These people should NOT be your go-to for repair unless you want them to 1) waste your time by having you wait all day on a 5 hour arrival window THEN show up an hour late AND 2) refuse to do what is basic rooter work because a pipe is not easy to reach. Waste of time.

I had a stoppage problem where I could not use my water or toilets. American Home Shield coordinated with Budget Rooter. Budget Rooter couldn't come that day, but accommodated my schedule the next day. The tech was nice, but couldn't fix my problem, so he didn't charge me. He spent time in the driveway and told me it was a city problem, which I didn't understand since he said the stoppage was near the house. The county came out within a 2 hr window and said the plumber had no business going into the driveway opening. The Cty rep used his machine to show me his area was clean, and was shocked the plumber didn't go into my back yard and take the lid off the ""clean out"" and snake it. I called Budget a few mins before 4 pm hoping he'd come back, and waited on hold for over 15 mins. I then realized they didn't change over their recording that it was after their business hrs. It was a pain and time consuming dealing with American Home Shield, and I spent the night at my parents. My parents were kind enough to go to my house and wait for the new plumber the next day so I could work. I spoke to the Budget scheduler who was apologetic and surprised that the tech didn't open the clean out. She said she'd speak to him and the owner.

Okay, I too, was skeptical after reading the previous reviews. However, I must say I was also pleasantly surprised. I was called immediately upon making the request to my home warranty (Fidelity). They scheduled an appointment in two days - also a window between 10 and 3. I called on the morning of my appointment to ask which ""number"" I was on the schedule and the receptionist said she would have the technician call me upon heading to my house. Perfect. I received a call from Carlos and we met at my house within a few minutes of each other. Carlos was great. My original complaint (water heater - no hot water) was not the problem and Carlos was kind enough to suggest other potential areas to check. While my complaint may not be covered by my warranty program, I do appreciate the time Carlos took to go over things with me.

Unprofessional Rip offs. The lady answering the phone has zero customer service or professional skills at all. She sounds like a tweeker and the guy who came out was rude and in and out in two minutes. Shady business here. They do not call back or follow up and they make false promises to repair things.

Rip offs! Our water heater started leaking and we contacted AHS they sent Budget Rotor out. The ""tech"" came to take pictures and wrote up some info. I waited for about almost 2 weeks no phone call or email from anyone (AHS or Budget Rotor) as to what the game plan is. So I called AHS the rep apologized that she noticed someone from AHS was suppose to contact me about some ""code violations"" which is $700 I had to pay out of pocket because AHS only covers $250 in ""code violations."" So went ahead and agreed to pay they sent out another guy that was suppose to install my new water heater. I called the day of the appointment to notify the receptionist I will not be home from 9 am- 10am for a doc appt (because the window that they gave me was between 8am - 1pm) for the tech to either text or call me. The lady informed me that he was out on a call and won't be there that early and I am safe and not worry the tech won't be here until after noonish. So I got out my appt my mom (she is older and recently had a stroke cannot open the garage because you have to manually out it) was home and called me saying the plumber is here. He told me he was never given the message and didn't know he was suppose to call or text me but this wasn't the actual guy that is suppose to install my water heater. He (Randy) is just checking it out before the actual guy comes out with the water heater. I know sounds fishy... so he went on saying the new water heater is too tall it won't fit and I need a new box/ stand and there might be possible mold I need to clean it up before they do the work and so on... So the funny thing and still makes no sense is he said he can take off my water heater now so I can clean up the area but he will charge me $200 because AHS doesn't cover that and the stand is $150... I was baffled and dumb struck because what difference does it make for him to take it off now versus later. The water heater is sitting on the box how am I suppose to clean it up or get it ready for them to actually do the install? Coincidently my neighbor across the way their water heater went out too and they have AHS and Budget Rotor was sent out the their house too! I knew Budget rotor was a scam once they told me Budget rotor told them the same EXACT thing! Luckily they have family that is a plumber they cashed out and got it fixed. We contacted the company the family member works for and he came out and laughed at everything Budget rotor had told me. He said that's how the make money aside from the home warranty contract is to come up with ""code violations fees."" He said Budget Rotor is a joke and obviously they don't know what they are talking about. So beware new home owners! Always get second opinions!!!

These guys were assigned to me by my home warranty. They sent a plumber out who had never seen my tankless heater brand before, never worked on a combination tankless and recirculating pump, and had no idea what he was doing. In the end, he decided the right answer was to increase the speed of my recirculating pump to solve a problem of a recirculating pump that was not moving water at all. Needless to say, he fixed nothing. The worst part was that he submitted to my warranty company that he was unable to replicate the problem without making an effort to replicate it which is going to force me to pay another visit charge. Hopefully, the next company makes an effort.
