Worst plumbing company in existence. The worker that came out was good courteous however, he stated that he would tell my warranty company that I needed a new faucet as it was leaking internally and spilling into my Cupboards and back wall creating mold. I called my warranty company and the budget rooter never entered any info to be reimbursed. I've called multiple times and left multiple messages and always get sent to the messaging service and never get a call back. Worst plumbing company ever. The office staff is horrible, stay away.

These people have terrible customer service. I got stuck with them from my home warranty service. They have difficult business hours, so it took forever to get in touch with someone to schedule a service. I had to wait a week for a service time that would work for me and then when that appointment time came, NO ONE SHOWED UP. Then they NEVER answered calls from me or the warranty company to try to figure out what happened or to reschedule. Because of their terrible business practices, they delayed my job getting done for about a month because the warranty company was still trying to reach out to them to close up the open contract. I will never use this company. Very disappointed.

I find it interesting that all the reviews are either 5 stars or 1 star, no in between!!!! Budget Rooter is the worst company I've ever delt with! All the 1 star reviews are the same as my experience with ""Budget"" Rooter!

Can't figure out what their purpose in business is, to make $100 at a time when they could make so much more by being a reputable company.

Bottom line - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS!!!!!

Shame on you American Home Shield!! You're part of the problem here!

My toilet jammed and overflowed last week and my home warranty company assigned the job to Budget Rooter. I was notified by text that the first opening they had was 5 days later. I tried to call them several times to see if they could come sooner but they never answer their phone. Ever. So the guy shows up today, and I mentioned that my bathroom faucet was also dripping and could he please fix that too while he was here? The guy flat out refused, saying that the work order only mentioned the toilet. I said that I had paid for a VISIT, I had forgotten to mention that I also wanted the leaky faucet fixed when I made the call because I was upset about the feces-contaminated water on my bathroom floor. He copped an attitude right away and said I needed to book another $100 case if I wanted my faucet fixed. I told him that was ridiculous, and he left without doing ANYTHING. I called my home warranty company and fortunately they were able to re-assign the job to another company who promptly answered their phone and are sending somebody tomorrow! My advice? NEVER use (low) Budget Rooter! EVER.

We were having some trouble with our garbage disposal and decided to go through our home warranty company to get it fixed. We were assigned Budget Rooter. I was so very excited when they called me that same day and said they could get someone out immediately. Les showed up on time and was able to fix the problem very quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. What would have taken my husband and I half a day, several trips to Home Depot, and a couple hours of not speaking to each other, Les accomplished in half an hour. I hope that people who have positive experiences share them here on Yelp.

We have a Home Warrenty with AHS, and AHS ordered service from Budget Rooter for our home. However we called budget rooter to cancel the service ahead of the scheduled time. But, Budget Rooter claims that they still showed up And they are trying to charge us a $75.00 service call even though they performed no service and we cancelled ahead of them showing up. I do not recommend them.

Excellent experience! We were assigned Budget Rooter from our home warranty and have nothing but great things to say. The office staff was very responsive and an appointment was scheduled within a few days. Les came out and assessed the problem and we had a new water heater the next day. Thank you Budget Rooter!

I called AHS five days ago with an issue. They said Budget Rooter would call me within 24 hours. Well they didn't. I called the home warranty company several times since then. They tried called Budget Rooter each time and got no answer. That was 5 days ago; and I haven't heard from Budget Rooter.

Today I called AHS again and Budget Rooter claims they called me the following day, which is BS! They want to come out this week. No way! The good reviews here are probably people they paid to do so. I writing the AHS's corporate office, the State (which I work for) and the local TV station's consumer advocate. This company needs to be researched.

If you are lucky enough to find this review before connecting with Budget Rooter, run away as fast as you can. They scheduled an appointment through American Home Shield, did not show, did not call, and returned none of our calls or messages which made our issue so much worse. I wish I could give negative stars. Horrible business.

I had a leaky toilet. Justin fixed it so quickly! He replaced the flushing mechanism inside the tank and now it works perfectly without leaks. Justin was friendly and professional. I will ask for him if I have to call for a new plumbing problem.
