Last week our spout broke up, then we call the other plumbers estimate for replace a new one, they all reply need to dig a hole from the other side replace a new pipe with a huge charge. Then I found Budget plumbing from yelp with a lot of good reviews, texting them, Ijas reply the same day. And they show up 2nd early morning, they gave me good price and fix right away. I was surprised they didn't dig a hole from the other toilet room, directly do from the spout side. (Ijas said digging a hole plumber can charge me more) The young man ( sorry forgot asking his name) hand made with excellent skill. I give him 10 stars. Now we got our shower back. I highly recommend you call them if you have plumbing and electrical problem, they give you a reasonable price with excellent service.

Right before our Christmas trip, our old water heater rumbling and cause circulation pump leaking.
Call the owner 11:45pm at night, and received immediate guidance to shut off the system and stop water leaking.

We discussed the issue over the phone while I was on the trip, the owner nailed everything and get the new tank prepared. The 16 year old water heater was replaced immediately on the next day after we return. We have a continuous water supply during this winter season.

Our water heater went bad on Black Friday. Thankfully Budget Plumbing & Water Heaters' Ijaz and his crew came to the rescue!! They worked in the dark garage with tight space, not to mentioned the clutters they have to move in order to get the water heater in and out of the garage. Less than 2 hours, the work is done. All of the outdated pipings were replaced. They were on time and knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend IJaz and his team to anyone needs water heater replacement.

After seeing recommendations by multiple neighbors here for Ijaz and team at Budget Plumbing and Water Heaters, I decided to use their services to replace my 15 year old Bradford White water heater which started leaking.
Ijaz was very prompt, responsive even after hours.
He has explained and given me a very reasonable quote on a new one, same brand. Adding the city permits increased the cost a little bit but still very reasonable.
He and his team has finished the work decently and in only few hours, according to the latest City codes.
Inspection for the permit is approved in one visit and he helped to apply for its application and deal with rescheduling its appointment according to my schedule.

A solid work and excellent customer service after all.

As such, I'd try his company for my other plumbing needs in the future. I'd recommend his services to anyone as well.
