Bill was amazing!!! My mother was selling her townhouse and the shower handle was broken and the toilet needed to be installed. He installed the toilet at a reasonable price for sure. The shower mechanism was so old that he could not locate it at any of the pluming stores nor at any hardware stores and her spent a lot of time looking for the part. He then advised he'd need to search for it via the internet. He found it several days later, ordered it, returned to install it and it worked perfectly. It passed the home inspection!! He charged us a very reasonable fee. I recommend him highly!!

Called Dave as I suspected my Water Heater was leaking. We scheduled a time and he called to inform me that if someone was home, he could come earlier than our scheduled appointment. Long story short, it turned out it was residual water from a pipe adjacent to the water heater. He honored his Yelp discount and it came out to only $24 for the visit. Dave came today at 10:30 on the spot to install our new water heater tank, which was the exact time we scheduled him for. Pretty impressive, considering that other in-house services I've had (ex: cleaning ladies, garage door repairman, previous plumbers...) tend to show up MUCH later than their scheduled time.

He got the job done in about an hour and a half, and was gone before I knew it!
