Dave came out on time and did a great job. Installed 4 sinks with faucets. He has always been responsive, professional and friendly. He's very knowledgeable. I would hire him again.

Dave contacted me shortly after my previous review and offered a refund, I did receive the refund, I also received quite a few texts and calls requesting to remove my review which I will not. It still doesn't take away the fact he over charged me and tried to over charge me for the other work I needed/wanted

I hope this doesn't happen to your mother, sister or daughter for the simple fact of being a female in need of 'men's' work.....I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and the fact you lost what would've been a loyal, repeat customer if you would've been honest & fairly priced in the first place.

Set an appointment for 4-5 pm the next day to have them come out and check a flooded toilet. Place was already flooded and my water was shut off. Get a text the day of the appointment saying, ""sorry, can't make it."" No response as to why or to set another appointment with me. Already waited a day with the water off and no excuse as to why he could not get here or get someone else to help me. Waste of time.

Dave saved our Christmas !!!! We had a backed up kitchen sink on Christmas eve, he did not hesitate to come right over, and worked for hours to until he solved the problem. Such a great guy, we will definitely call him anytime we are in need of a plumber. Would highly recommend!!!

The plumber that I had used for 16 years retired last year. So this was the first time using Budget Rooter. Dave arrived within 2 hours of me calling. He unclogged the main line for the house and was done in about an hour. Very reasonably priced. Based on my experience would highly recommend.

Since my last review, we have had to have our water heater fixed, as our hot water stopped working. I called Dave and he immediately responded and came out the same day to look at the problem. He saw the problem immediately, needed a new heat thermostat. The water heater was still under warranty so he ordered the part and when it came the following day, he came out and installed it immediately. If you need a plumber-Dave is the go to guy!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! He was able to come the same day to snake our kitchen sink. The clog was something like 20 feet out so there was no way we would have been able to do it our selves. A few days later the sink was backing up again and he came out at no charge to snake it again and now it is working awesome. Reasonably priced, great communication and service time. Thanks!!

Dave is the man you want to call to take care of all your plumbing issues efficiently and quickly. He arrived the same day we spoke. Within, say, twenty minutes, he had resolved issues with both the garbage disposal and the leaky faucet in the backyard. To boot, he offered a very fair price for his work. I've had some leaking issues with several kitchen sink pipes and faucets for quite a while that finally imploded over the holiday weekend. Although the ex's, several friends, and neighbors have tried to fix, nothing was ever not leaking water.
After reading the reviews on Yelp, I called Dave this morning and within 2 hours he arrived and evaluated the situation. He gave me options to either just fix the immediate problem, or to do a more overall fix job. I opted for the latter.
He was very focused, extremely professional, and pleasant. I couldn't be happier. And, in the event something dares to drip again, he encouraged me to call him to come back and repair it. I don't anticipate that to be the case, but I do have other optional plumbing projects that i will definitely be calling him to handle.
