We called this company bc we couldn't have our usual company out and we were desperate! Needless to say they didn't know anything and the guy ended up braking the pipe!!!! The next day our normal plumbing company came out and before he got started he said who did you have come out they broke your pipe! We called them back and they said they would come out within the hour to fix it and 6 hours later they showed only for the same guy to come in look at it and say I have to talk to my boss and I'll be right back! He ended up driving off and never came back!!!!! Don't don't call them!!! Wait and call Discount Plumbing, they are the best!!!!

Unreliable. They came recommended from another company who emptied our septic tank. They agreed to replace a pipe coming for a distribution box. After being quoted my dad asked if he dug up the pipe if he could save some money the guy said the digging was the toughest part of the job. After quoting $250 just for the pipe by dad said he'd give him $300 for taking the reduced scope of work. After agreeing to come out the next day they never showed up. After several calls they never responded. Left us in a real bad situation scrambling to find someone else on a Saturday. Not surprised looking at Yelp they are rated so low. Wish we had looked beforehand.

The worse plumber ever! Very lazy and unprofessional. No wonder they're call budget plumbing because they are way too cheap! I don't know how many times I have to call them in order for them to come out. Every time they say they will come over, they never show up! Only reason why I have to dealt with these people because of star property . They kept telling me that they will do an estimate and will let me know within a few days, well days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months. I can keep on going with my rant but you guys can clearly see how disappointed I am with their poor service. They don't deserve a 1 star either. Smh

Worst plumber ever, guy comes over and cleans out toilet and drain clean out and splattered ""dark residue"" all over bathroom wall and out near drain clean out and left bathroom floor all wet! Not to mention when I call back the lady who always answers the phone is rude and cuts you off like its our fault that wee need the plumber to come back out to fix the same problem her plumber keeps saying is an ""EASY FIX"" yet again have to call them back out

The first time I had to deal with them it was waiting 3 weeks for them to submit a request to Starr Property Management. Convinced the management company to send someone else out.

Then it went out again, and then property management (geniuses that they are) told this company (aka American Air - since changing the name on the van is another way to hide from damaging reviews) to replace the compressor. So... after a week of waiting for Starr to authorize the fix, I made an appointment last week, for today (7/24/17) between 3 and 5pm. At 4pm I call and the receptionist ""just got in"" and had to check on the status of the technicians. So, she calls me back and tells me that they are all busy and can see me tomorrow after 1pm. I've been waiting more than WEEK with NO AC in this heatwave and I took time off of work to be home. And all I'm told it's "" I'm sorry it's not gonna be today."" WTF is the point of an appointment?! I would NEVER pay this Mickey Mouse organization a dime!!

Called them at 9 am Friday, got a recorded message to leave name and phone number, they haven't called back (it is 2:35). Had Preferred Plumbing do the job.

I called Budget Plumbing because they said they would give me a free estimate. Rigo Gomez came to my house and I opened the shower valve cover and showed him what the problem was. He demanded $90 for what he called his diagnosis which it was obvious where the water was coming from and $280 to fix it. The job only required some plumbing tape and 15 minutes time and no parts were needed. I thought that he was dis-honest, very over priced and had a bad attitude. I will never use their service and would not recommend them to anyone.

This is only for the sake of the second plumber who came to my house, he is this companies silver lining, I will not be working with them again but I will give them more then no-stars for his sake. He is the solar opposite of his colleague and for this companies sake I hope they fire the other guy and find someone more like the second plumber.

Always late, even no showed two times. The woman on the phone is rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately my landlord picks them. The people who come out are questionable too. A little odd. Don't call them. They are also American Air, same people.

We had a Sears 50 gallon water heater fail. We were lucky it was on a 12 year warrantee plan, BUT learned the warrantee does not include labor. In fact Sears charged us $79 for their man to diagnose that it was not fixable. After he obtained authorization for the new water heater, we got the shock that Sears was going to charge about $500 to install it with charges that includes a water drip pan for $59 that can be bought at Home Depot or Lowe's for $18 and two flexible hoses with similar prices compared to local prices. Next Sears sent out their company plumber from Fremont (about 70 miles from us) who informed us we would have to pay them an additional $500 to install it, so now it's up to about $1,000. That's when we said, ""Whoa, horsey, and called Sears to see if we could just pick up the water heater from our local Sears store to get a local plumber to install it. After they said yes, we began getting several bids. Budget Plumbing was the lowest by far... under $600 and that included picking up the water heater at no extra charge, installing it the same day we called, and going downtown to apply for the city permit. When the inspector came out to see the water heater, he passed it in two minutes, but told us a new regulation requires that we have smoke detectors installed in all bedrooms at the highest point at least 12 inches from the corner before he'd sign off on the permit completely. So I informed Budget Plumbing, who said this was a first for them, but they would return to install the smoke detectors. I bought three new ones with 10 year batteries and Mike and his associate from Budget Plumbing promptly got them installed at no extra charge to us. The city passed it promptly after that.

We are now huge fans of Budget Plumbing and will recommend them to all our friends and neighbors. They could not have done more to earn this 4 star customer rating from us!
