Another 1 star because after everything what that has happened, Budget Air or whatever they call themselves, came out to ""fix"" the mini split after waiting a couple weeks to finally get a call back after the rude receptionist said she would call us back with more information on a few minutes. The pump that we needed was installed on 9/17 by Mike, the supposed manager of this crap show, and a very rude, very short fellow. After they wrapped up and ""tested"" the unit after installing said pump, we came home to a mess of water and tracked mud all through our apartment. Then immediately turned on the a/c to cool the house off and it will not get the house under 75 degrees, even when it is 60 degrees out. A few days ago, the air coming out of the unit started to smell of mildew, which is interesting because the pump that they installed is supposed to clear all of the water from the unit! This whole issue started with a leaky A/C, but now it has progressed into something much worse. And with Budget Air and their budget work ethic, nothing seems to get done correctly. I would not recommend Budget Air to my worst enemy. Hire competent workers who take pride in the work they do, not half ass a relatively easy fix for a couple of new parents adjusting to parenthood! Do better!!!

I was surprised to see that this company didn't have 5 stars, unfortunately I've had to use their services more than I've liked to in the past 3 or so years. I should have Mike on speed dial.. They've taken care of several leaks, including a bad water heater, leaking pipes, toilet issues, you name it. Budget plumbing has always saved the day for us. They beat any price and have been nothing but reliable and professional! Extremely grateful for mike and budget plumbing services.

best service in Stockton. Prices are very fair and they do a great job..I have had them over to replace a kitchen sink, install a commercial ice maker and also replace parts on my water heater...Mike and his guys are awesome.

This place is HORRIBLE! they were assigned to fix my water heater by my property management company. They have been out 3 times. Still no hot water. Every time I call to have them come out again it takes days! One of the technicians was asking google how to check if a water heater is working! I couldn't believe it! It was so ridiculous I had to laugh, I couldn't believe this person was in my house to ""fix"" my water heater. Such a joke this place is. And the lady who answers the phone is so rude. Constantly cutting you off and then just hangs up. She would probably be in a better mood if the technicians she works with did a good job. If you get quotes from different companies and this one comes out the cheapest Trust me, just pay more for the other guy.

You guys should not even be called a business. They have come multiple times to fix a leaking tub that leaks to the kitchen and the water is close to a light fixture all they do is put blue tape on it and say they will be back to fix it and they never do I have no idea why star Property Hires these bunch of no good, rude people who don't know how to do there job. They are so incompetent that its unbelievable. If I could use another company I would but they have a contract with star property so I can't I'm stuck with these no good for nothing ""plumber"" if I should even call them that.... DO YOUR JOB!! And STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!!!

They came out today for a water leak and shut off main water dug a hole . They left and said they will come back
Tomorrow we have no water its 100 degrees outside.

Very disappointed with these guys. I made an appointment for them to come out to give me a quote for my water heater and they were a no show. I called the next morning at 8 am and they scheduled for 11 am again a no show, plus they did not say why they did not show up the first time and there was no apology for not showing up. I decided to call someone else.

American home shield needs to take this company off of their call list. No call no show. Finally got a call at 6:30pm from the tech saying he was trying to get parts for my water heater when he hadn't even been to my house to see what Waac even wrong. Said he would be at the house at 9 am and once again. No call no show.....

Let me start by saying I would give zero stars if I could. Second I have no idea how this guy is still in business, I did.not choose him my property management did and they refuse to use someone else for reason that I dont understand. It took me 4 weeks just to get this jerk to show up to my house, he came in with dirty boots and said he didnt have covers for them. After an hour he told me he didnt have the part time fix my shower and that he would be back in 2 days to fix it. That was 4 months ago and the guy never came back. Despite making several appointments with him and taking time off from work only to have him not show up over and over. So now I am going to have to fix the shower myself and will probably have to pay a bunch of money to repair the water damage that has been done. Don't waste your time!!!!!!! Do not call Budget Plumbing.

If I could rate them zero I would, I do not recommend this place ever, the guy came to my home and I have a water heater problem and he disconnected my gas not stating why to the adult who was there, I called the owner to ask why that happened, he responded by saying he didn't know who I was or why I was calling him. I explained to him what happened and he had no explanation why it was shut off or who was sent to my home. I asked him to find out and send them back to turn it on as I have sick kids at home and the weather is to cold. it wasn't an emergency to shut it off and that the guy would not be back until tomorrow. The owner then hung up on me after I request he go back. I called several times and he will not pick up. Do not use them.
