I'm having a dishwasher replaced and Lowe's installer wouldn't relocated the water line. Budget Plumbing was able to come out the next day, where other plumbers haven't responded to my call. He was neat, quick, professional, well-spoken and knew exactly what was needed. Price was reasonable. I would use them again!

Great company i highly recommend this company for all your plumbing need's. First of all I had a main water line break and we were without water and when i called Budget they were able to send a plumber out the same day I had called several other companies and could get no where with them. David K. came out to do the work wow what an excellent plumber he started the repair when we discovered the City of Grand Rapids shut off the wrong main in the street now we had to call them back out. Long story short David stayed with me the whole time making sure I was going to have water that day. David I don't know how to thank you enough for your service. Now the best part the pricing was excellent for the work he did I feel very fortunate to have found Budget Plumbing they will be my preferred plumber form this day forward . Give this company a chance for your plumbing needs you won't regret it. Thanks again Budget plumbing and David K. I sprung a leak in the copper piping above my hot water heater in the basement. I went into a bit of a panic because I'm in between jobs and on a very limited budget. Thinking this was going to break me and I was going to have to eat Ramen Noodles for the next couple of weeks, I did a Google search and Budget Plumbing caught my eye. I figured by their name that they would just get me. I called at 3pm and Jerry was at my door by around 3:25pm. He was actually on his way home to take his wife out for her birthday, and made a stop to help me! That says a lot right there!
He saw the pipe and said ""no problem I can have it fixed in just a few minutes"". It was only about 10 minutes and he was done!!! I was also very happy with the final price. It was much cheaper than I thought it would be, so no Ramen for me! Yuck! Lol!! I will use this company again. I already know I have other plumbing things that need to be fixed and Budget Plumbing is who I will be calling.

Talked to Ryan, explained the plumbing issue on the drain to my tub. He showed up, was very upfront about the work and the cost, explained what his plan was for the project then we scheduled the work. The guys came out, did the job in the timeframe quoted, and cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with the customer service, honest and free quote.
The next plumbing issue that comes up I plan to call Budget first.

I had 2 issues that needed to be addressed. I requested to be contacted very late at night and he was already getting back to me the next morning. He showed up on time and had the first issue resolved inside an hour. I was very impressed by his work. The second issue he looked at and said it was going to require some additional tools that he didn't have with him. He told me he would check his schedule and let me know when he was free. A week and a half later, I had to contact him again because I hadn't heard from him. Then it took a few days for him to get back to me again.
