Idriz went out of his way to come and make sure my boiler was working properly during a March cold front. He and his entire team were professional, friendly, and kind - they took the time to explain the fix and next steps needed.

Weirdest plumbing outfit in NYC. I mean, get this. They answer their phones, they're courteous, they set up an appointment very quickly and then they show up! And when they do, they know what they're doing, and even try to save you money by telling you how to order parts. And now for the strangest part: they charge very reasonable prices! Been in the City for 30 + years and haven't seen anything like this before. Strange!

PS-I'm sure they're all good, but Jaime really knew what he was doing. Ask for him.

Leaking under kitchen sink. Saw this company were working next door so I called the office. Frank was pleasant and able to set up quickly for the guys to come after finishing the job next door. Oscar and his mate fixed the pipe and were clean and fast. Great service.

Had them install a bathroom sink. It should have been an easy job, but take a look at the way they screwed it up. The sink is lopsided (see the level in the photo) - totally incompetent!!!!. I will never use again and suggest you don't ever use them. Unless you want a crooked installation.

My mother needed a new toilet. She is elderly and lives in the Bronx and I live upstate. I was able to call Budget Plumbing, describe the problem and toilet and set up an appointment for removal and installation. They arrived early and did a fantastic job, left no debris and took old toilet to curb for sanitation pick up. I will always call them for my mom and recommend them to friends and family in the Bronx. Thanks for a job so well done!! Also, prices are very fair.

Their plumbing skill may be fine, but their responsiveness is horrid! Because of a recommendation from a friend, we were fairly persistent in trying to get a service call to give an estimate on a heating repair. We phoned, were told to call back in the morning, and did so. We gave address, phone number, and details about the (fairly extensive) repair needed. Of course, we expected to pay a service call-out fee.
In the second phone call, the owner promised to call and ""stop by"" to give an estimate within the next two days.
Nothing! No call to say they were too busy, etc.
We called again, and again were promised a call to get a repair estimate.
Again, Nothing!
Our recommendation regarding this company is DON'T Bother! They are simply not interested in new customers.

Traffic is always a genuine challenge for plumbing service companies located out of borough, so in defense of Budget I would say they are definitely worth the wait. I had a great plumber named Jimmy come in to swap out a sink and faucet; on the surface an easy job. When the Elkay sink sized 'perfectly' failed to fit I nearly lost it. But Jimmy had the cool and the expertise to get his saws, let the particle board of my old formica fly, and really saved my day. It was beautifully seated and the faucets went in without a hitch. I definitely recommend them as pros, they were kind enough to do a small job like this in the busy season, charging a very decent rate.

Been a customer of Budget Plumbing for a number of years as I can always rely on their expertise to get the job done right and quickly. Their prices are great too and staff is awesome!

This company does not know the meaning of keeping appointments and being on time. In summary, they don't value the customers time. Therefore, if you value your time then stay away from this company.
I called and made an appointment for a week later and was given a specific time slot. On the day in question I called to verify that they will still be coming to do the job and was promised that yes they would be coming but they would try to come by earlier and that they will be calling me when the plumber is on their way. However, an hour before the end of their time window, they called and told me that they would not be able to do the job for me today and that they don't have any other date and time available so they don't know when they would be able to do the job. Therefore, if you value your time then stay away from this company.
