I called Budget Plumbing today because our hot water heater decided to not turn on. Steve answered the call and walked me through the process to get in running again over the phone rather than taking our money. There was a glitch in the unit and all we needed to do was unplug the unit for 5 minutes and voila it's working again. It's is difficult to find honest people these days. I would recommend an honest business any day of the week. I will for sure be contacting them in the future if needed.

Being in real estate, I deal with a lot of plumbers. Our water heater went out on Sunday and I called Budget Plumbing. Steve call back right away and went over in detail what the issue was. I said I could live with it until Monday but wondered if he could do the job on Monday. He said yes, told me what time he would be there and showed up on time. He had already ordered a new water heater in case it was that (I already knew it was). Steve called his crew to pick it up. They arrived shortly thereafter and when they pulled out the water heater it had obviously been leaking slowly for some time as the drywall behind it was wet and moldy. They pulled down the drywall and there was no mold on the back of the drywall or studs, but they still bleach treated the studs, dried them and then replaced the drywall and then installed the new water heater. I have to mention also that they installed the new water heater correctly as opposed to the builder who had installed the original one. Fast, courteous, professional, top-quality work and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Budget Plumbing & Drain.

We have used Steve's services since we bought our Ramona house a year ago. . He just replaced a section of our sewer pipe going from our home to the septic system, using his backhoe. He's always quick to respond, does fantastic work, and is a great person to talk with too. Would definitely recommend Steve to anyone needing a plumber, and have already recommended him to friends and neighbors.
