We called Budget Plumbing for a sewer line repair that was urgently needed. I spoke to Brandon, the owner, came out the same day, within an hour. We had received an estimate for the work the day before, and we wanted to get one more before we made a decision. Brandon's estimate was twenty percent lower than the first estimate that we received. He agreed to start the job the next morning, and said it would be done by the afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised that he had it done in under four hours. Brandon is knowledgeable and professional, and left the location where the work was done exactly the way it was. There was no mess or anything for us to have to clean up. We were very happy to be able to support a small business owner, and thank you to the Beach Reporter for having his advertisement in there. I 100% recommended Brandon and Budget Plumbing!!! Thank you!!!

I recently had a bit of a plumbing emergency from our home shower. All of a sudden, something broke which controlled the hot water supply, so it began pouring hot water out of our bathtub. Brandon was referred to me by one of the other homeowners in our community, so I called him.

Brandon attempted to greedily capitalize on the urgency of our plumbing leak by quoting $1,250 to replace our shower handle with a whole new Moen system.

I ended up finding the parts I needed to repair the existing shower handle, for $60 at a local plumbing hardware store.

Brandon provided the all-or-nothing quote after receiving several photos, videos, and details over the phone. He was not willing to come out for anything less than the $1,250 he quoted but told me to contact him for future needs.

Brandon and ""Budget"" Plumbing are ANYTHING BUT, and he has since been added to a vendor blacklist for our community due to his lack of integrity.

Destroyed my countertop. Didn't offer to repair it. Wanted to file a claim with his insurance, but he was extremely intimidating and I was frightened. Don't recommend. A good plumber will be at market rate.

This week my office had a massively clogged toilet creating a total mess, and we had a clogged sink that we had no idea what to do with and Brandon was able to come out and help us sooner than anyone else I called. He told me upfront that it could cost about a hundred more if he had to snake the drain, but was then able to get the job done without having to do so. I liked the upfront transparency about how much it could cost, and then the great work he did to avoid a higher cost. He was also a very friendly guy and got the job done really quick. We will definitely be calling Brandon again if we ever need help.

Brandon was a lifesaver today and stopped what could have turned into a serious flood in my kitchen, installing brand-new piping under my kitchen sink to replace old components that were in terrible condition and about to burst. Brandon is an awesome plumber! With over 30 years of experience he was able to quickly identify my plumbing issues and fix the problems. He handled both jobs with a great deal of competence and professionalism. He called to confirm the time he would be at my house and showed up on time! I needed my new dryer connected to the gas line and I had a serious leak under my kitchen sink. He had all of the parts needed for both jobs and made recommendations on other work needed. Much appreciated and thankful for his honesty! It is hard to find good honest people that are trustworthy. His price was reasonable and his work was well worth every penny. Brandon is absolutely amazing!! Trust me, look no further-he's your guy! After spending A LOT of $$$ with 2 different plumbers, we still continued to have problems with our water pressure/temperature in our shower. We finally gave in and called our 3rd plumber-Budget Plumbing. Brandon was professional, honest, and knew within a matter of minutes what part needed to be replaced. He saved the day! Woohoo! Brandon is fabulous. I managed to cause a major clog in the kitchen sink at our condo. It was Saturday afternoon when I realized that ""the bottle of stuff"" would not work. Budget Plumbing was the first place I called. Brandon called back within 10 minutes and after I explained the situation he came over within an hour. He never scolded me about dumping leftover red beans and rice down the disposal - he just solved the problem. Very fair price, nice person. Will definitely keep him on my list of trusted businesses.

Our water heater burst this morning. We called Brandon and he came out about 1 hour later and diagnosed our problem. But, we were busy with obligations for several hours and we needed him to complete the repair much later in the day. Brandon agreed and even called to remind us of our appointment time. When he arrived, we hadn't made it home yet and he graciously waited about 30 minutes for us to make it home. He completed our repair, charged us a fair price as compared to our neighbors comparable work, and cleaned up after himself. We were more than pleased with his professionalism and patience. We definitely give him 5 stars and recommend his work.
