Imma Black woman with highly tuned bullshit detectors. Although l like Carlos, he didn't do anything to answer our questions or flush the water heater. Very disappointed with AHS. Need to cancel them.

Excellent service for a turnkey solution and pricing is competitive.

We recently had our water heater fail, which also caused a mold issue on the stand for the device. Rigo took care of everything from start to finish, including removing the old stand, demolishing any damaged sheet rock, mold abatement, repairing the wall, installing a new metal stand and the new water heater. He also took care of other small plumbing jobs while he was here, including fixing a garbage disposal and unclogging a sink. He also took care of the permit, gave a detailed estimate and kept in good communication about when he's be arriving each day. Overall, I'd highly recommend Budget Plumbing (there are a few companies with the same name, so make sure you get Rigo.)

With the name like that you can only imagine the quality of service.
My main sewer drain plugged up. I called my Home Warranty Company. American Home Warranty. (Worst company to have)
I had carp floating on both my bathtubs.
3 days of painful calling.
Budget plumbing showed up.
In competatant tech didn't even look around the house to look for the main drain.
I was at work but my wife was home with kids.
The incompetent tech told my wife that they have to go on the roof and clear the drain and he didn't bring the right equipment.
Gave a number to call someone else to get this done.
I called budget plumbing again and they said they will have some one over the next day.
I said we can't live in this house like this and please do something.
Lady at the desk said she will call me by 4 pm that day. Never got a call.
Next morning when I called they said your home Warranty company does not cover that.
I had enough by this point.
I called Bonney Plumbing the same day.
They showed up the same day and took care of the problem and the drain was right in front of our house next to the front house entrance.
I will never recommend this company to anyone.

My neighbor just used Budget Plumbing for a broken water pipe. Rigo was professional, responsive and reasonable. He came out on a holiday and was done within a half hour.

This was the worst experience ever Ive grown up with a father who was a plumber and know my stuff just do not own a snake and I have a home warranty so why not use it. Guy showed up was in a hurry did not care about the fact I had a girlfriend with travelers diarrhea and could not flush toilets kept telling me this is warranty work bro...... like that means you shouldn't care. Needless to say he barely tried but did not resolve the issue and left I finally gave up went and rented a snake and took care if the issue on my own. Never hire this company!!!!!

This is the worst plumbing company I have ever had to deal with. They could not figure out how to repair the leak in the kitchen faucet nor could they even match the faucet hardware by telling us the color was discontinued. It is a newer color and Lowes has a nice selection in stock. I fixed the leak myself in 20 minutes after picking up a coupling for under $4.00 and have no leaks. This company is worthless. I would never call them again. The office girl is rude. If there were negative black stars they would get rated -500 stars for rudeness and lack of knowledge.

We used this company last week and found them to be great. They provided a great service at a fair price. They also showed up within the hour as promised. Rico explained everything he was doing and was a good technician. No problems with our service.

Called them on a Sunday morning. They were able to come out within 1 1/2 hours of us calling them. Very upfront about the price it would be to snake the drain. Same price we paid another company 4 months ago with only a temporary solution. He was very knowledgeable and was here for hours until the problem was fixed. We opted to see if we could identify if there would be further issues with a camera. We did have to pay extra for the camera but we now know the problems are root related. I would definitely recommend this company to friends! Fast and thorough service!
