Had an emergency where our sprinklers wouldn't stop running no matter what we tried. Finally had to turn off the main water line, connected to both the lawn and the house. This business promised to be out by noon the next day even though it was an ""emergency."" They never called or showed up and we wasted all morning waiting for them. Apparently they don't know the meaning of the word emergency.
