As a lifelong resident of Napa, Rick has deep connections to the community in multiple roles. Starting his journey as a law enforcement officer and transitioned to the Public Defender's office, before upon retiring at age 50, he devoted his efforts on working with local youth as a softball coach at Napa's high schools.
