Having lived in Napa all my life, Rick is well-connected to the community in various capacities. He began his career as a Deputy Sheriff and transitioned to the Public Defender role, then upon reaching retirement age at age 50, he dedicated his time on mentoring Napa's youth as a softball coach at Napa's high schools.
