Really appreciated the prompt response to a pipe that had burst in our bathroom wall. There were a couple issues found. We received a quote that was fair and were not charged more. The issue was taken care of accurately and quickly. Very professional. Will def contact again for upcoming remodeling project we plan to have done that includes plumbing or should there be emergencies.

My toilet in my upstairs bathroom started to leak Wednesday night. I called the next morning hoping to get someone to come out. I spoke with Anne and she wasn't sure when Ron would get over to me because he was at a job but she put me next in the schedule. Anne called me much earlier than I expected and told me Ron was on his way. Ron fixed my issue and was very nice as he explained everything to me. I will definitely be calling them again and recommending to others.

I've used Plumbing Excellence for emergent issues at a rental property. They've done excellent work for reasonable price. When I've used big name plumbers in past I was over charged for hardly any work. Anthony & Ron are professional and honest. They've provided excellent service and resolved all issues (a leaky toilet, clogged sink and gas leak) with excellence. I will use them exclusively for all future needs.

Our water heater was leaking all over the floor. I called 2 plumbers and they couldn't come for about 4 days. Luckily we found Plumbing Excellence. Anthony responded right away. Squeezed us in even though he had a busy schedule. They installed a brand new water heater within a few hours. I am so amazed at the great customer service. Don't even bother looking elsewhere.

They guys came out during the scheduled time frame and were able to fix my broken pipe very quickly and inexpensively. They also helped my mother to turn off the main water line and told he how to empty the pipes so we would have the issue again during the winter. I would highly recommend Plumbing excellence!

I decide to use yelp and in reading the reviews we selected to call Plumbing Excellence. Anthony was friendly and immediately provided a sense of confidence that he'd be here and our issue resolved. He managed our expectations with regards to his timing and upon arrival assessed the situation and made the repairs. He provided insights into our new home and some of the unique systems we were not used to as well as referrals to those who specialize in those systems. I called Plumbing Excellence in a pinch when our water heater started leaking. Anthony responded quickly and worked into the evening to get a new one installed, and we had hot water again that night! We were so satisfied with his work and his service that we hired him to fix a gas leak in our fireplace, too. He did, and now we have a working fireplace again, too! Thanks Anthony!

Anthony was meticulous but not slow in getting the job done right, kept communication open and honest, and waited patiently at my house while I finished pricing other options. He explained that a hardware store water heater is of cheaper quality than the ""professional"" model he would install. He also correctly guessed that a competitive quote had come in lower because they did not factor in permitting the work, which he felt was important, and I agreed.

He did look for multiple ways to save us some money, including combining visits, not charging for the initial investigation of our gas leak, discounting a subsequent job; he even researched the design lifetime of my new water heater and recommended against getting an extended warrantee in my case since the heater was built to last at least that long if not longer.

Anthony and team were friendly, passionate, and a delight to have at our house. I would hire Plumbing Excellence again or call them for advice any time!
