Gerald E.Not only crooks but stupid crooks. They charged me $884 for a water heater that was the exact one at Home Depot for $388. To charge that kind of markup for a part you can buy locally for less at retail is just stupid. I'm sure they could have purchased it from HD at contractors price of most likely a 20% discount and sold it to me at retail giving them $80 profit and I would have gladly paid another $120 for a $200 material profit plus their labor would be a reasonable profit instead of $574 for nothing. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THEM. Home depot will deliver a new tank and take you old one. Then call an honest plume to only hook it up.
