Used theses guys several times in the past with great results. I believe he no longer has a crew of people working for him and is unavailable/unwilling to provide the level of service that was previously provided. I hope things turn around for him.

Buddy Griggs is 2 for 2. We called him the first time to install a toilet. Called him yesterday afternoon to replace our leaking hot water heater. He had a new one purchased, installed and running by the evening. Both times he was responsive, professional, friendly and took excellent care of our property. Here's a guy who understands the difference between a job site and a home! Bonus: because he is the owner/operator of his company, we get consistently good service from Buddy himself, not a luck-of-the draw employee from a large company. Highly recommended.

We hired Buddy Griggs Plimbing for a trenchless pipe job (replace old clay pipe from the house to the street and other issues) on our 1930 spanish cottage. Our friend owns many rental properties and highly recommended Buddy. Buddy explained the scope of the job, gave me a reasonable quote, then coordinated everything with the county and utility services. We couldn't be happier with the project. Buddy came out to the property a few days before the job. He met with the neighbor's contractors (new construction) to coordinate the project to avoid any traffic issues in the neighborhood. Not sure if a less experienced plumber would have had the foresight to do this. The project went smoothly and without any issues. We highly recommend Buddy and will be loyal clients. I used their website's form to contact BGP and did not hear back from them. It is possible that they have an explanation, so I don't want to hurt them with a bad review. But, it's worth posting in case others have a similar experience.

Buddy Griggs not only did an excellent job clearing a toilet our former tenants had negligently clogged, he volunteered his time and efforts to help us in small claims court. His knowledge of plumbing is excellent, and he really cares.

John H., from Buddy Griggs, was awesome. He showed-up on-time, actually a little-early, and started working on our drain/clean-out in the front yard. The sinks and shower stalls started gurgling when a nearby toilet was flushed.

The problem was with the clay pipe/drain from the house, out to the street. Roots were growing in-between the 6-foot sections of pipe, which eventually block the line. Bad news!!!! John used a snake to clear the bloackage, and indicated a jet-cleaning may be needed in the future.

He was courteous, respectful, and knowledgable. If you ask, he'll talk-you-through what-he-is-doing, and how-he-does-it.

He cleaned-up after he was done. The next time I need a plumber, I will call John H. and Buddy G.!

John arrived on schedule and was able to locate the correct replacement valve stem for my ancient bathroom sink. The faucet now works like new. While here, John also helped me clean out the undersink drain pipe, which was paritally clogged from years of accumulated hair and other matter which I'll not describe here in further detail. Thanks for the fine job!

I ran into issues when trying to repair an older kitchen faucet. In the end, I needed to fall back on a professional service due to the problems with the existing faucet. I was able to get a service man (John) to come out the same day (no other service could do that). John was super friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure everything went well with the new faucet install. I would highly recommend BGP!

Back up of main line in the two bathrooms...showers and toilets all backed up and not working. Called Buddy Griggs at 8 am and said that they could send a plumber out around 11. Johnny, the plumber, called at 10:15 and said he would be here in
20 -30 minutes and WAS! He assessed the situation, gave me a quote of which seemed reasonable, and went right work. He then used his camera to show me that the pipes were clear and pointed out a non emergency issues that might need addressing in the future.

Johnny was great. He clean up his work space and made sure that everything was in working order Thorough, personable, quick, clean, and dog friendly;)
