When I called, the phone was answered by a real person, and I was told I'd get a call from Toby shortly. I did, and less than an hour later he had the line snaked and problem solved. Great guy to boot! Buddy Griggs Plumbing now goes to top of our go-to list when the next plumbing issue arises. Highly recommended.

What a responsive, customer friendly, good work and competitive pricing company! I called on behalf of a tenant at 6:45 pm on a Wednesday. Other plumbing companies I had to leave a message. This company answered the phone, listened to my plumbing concern, and said they would be at the property at 8 am the next day. My tenant confirmed they arrived at 8:02 and completed the job expertly and professionally. The tenant praised me for getting the job done so fast. Buddy and his team did a TREMENDOUS job.

First off when I needed a quote, Buddy came out personally at a time that fit my schedule. We was very professional and walked me through my options. He bid a price that was very competitive.

His work team came out for a big repair the next week and they were just as impressive. They worked hard for two days to get the job done and then they cleaned up leaving my yard looking better than it did before.

Buddy is the best! We've gotten to know him pretty well as there's always something going haywire here, but he comes out every time, fixes the problem right up, and is always great about explaining to me what steps he's taking, and what steps we can take to reduce the visits he needs to make . Kitchen, bathroom, under the house pipes... Buddy can deal with it all (and has, in our case).

Buddy came to fix a very leaky kitchen sink for us. Not only was the repair done perfectly and the work area cleaned up afterwards, but we were also very taken by how kind and helpful he was with his workers. You can tell a lot about a person by how they treat their workers and on that day I learned that Buddy is not only a top notch plumber but also a fine human being! A few days later we had a minor water heater emergency and Buddy went out of his way (after hours mind you) to help out. Thanks Buddy!
