Quite disappointed with customer service. Used Budd's for a major job. Their auto generated emails and requests for payment make it nearly impossible to figure out what you are paying for. Following the job, we received the invoice and were hoping to get to the house and check out the work before submitting final payment. We were surprised to see that Budd's charged the card on file ... because in the fine print it says they have the right to do that.

Decided to take a chance and called for a smaller job. Paid the $10 deposit and then read the fine print that the $150 charge was just a diagnostic (come out to the house) charge. Decided to cancel. After cancelling, a few days later came to realize they charged the $10 and then charged for the full $150 even though they never came to the house.

quick to respond and quick to schedule the work. They show up on time and work quickly. Best prices around and a pleasure to deal with. Staffed with nice people too.

Also, I don't know about BethB.'s experience but I was never asked for a credit card until the work was completed.

Get an estimate before scheduling! And don't go by reviews on site! Needed 2faucets and a garbage disposal reconnected after getting new countertops. I purchased faucets. Shocked at the $850 price tag. Choose to just do the kitchen one faucet and garbage disposal brought it down to 672 including the basket for the sink I'm sure I could have picked up a Lowe's. Prices too high!

Very very expensive, $450 for a less than 2 hour under the kitchen RO filter install. I provided the filter. I found a new plumber.

Tried to DIY a toilet replacement only to discover extensive damage due to a long undetected leak. Decided I needed a professional. Budd's was my second call, but the first company able to send a technician quickly. Ron showed up, explained the various issues to me and gave me several options for repair. There was absolutely no pressure to go with the most expensive repair. He then proceeded with repair and clean up. As a woman who handles much of the household repairs, I was refreshed to be treated with honesty and respect. I will definitely use Budd's (and ask for Ron) in the future.

paid budds thousands over a month for investment property repair. after last repair technician left water turned off to unit. asked budds to turn water back on to drip so pipe wont freeze. owner reffused unless i pay anothet 100 diagnostic fee. what a scam. find soneone else for your investment property.

Bud's came recommended by our HVAC guys, but Bud's requires a credit card just to come do an estimate. I'm not comfortable with that business practice. I was told that the card number is to prevent non-payment if we chose to go forward with the work. I offered to give the information at the time of proposal approval to do the work, but that was not acceptable. No other plumber has required a credit card on file to provide an estimate.
