Terrible service and a company that touts CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS ONE OF OUR MAIN GOALS, has the worst customer service ever in the world. I have had 1 outdoor restroom and hand washing station on rent for 4 weeks with only ONE clean/resupply. The guys working out here are having to bring their own supplies and endure terrible conditions. I use services like this all over the midwest and have never encountered such unprofessional, uncooperative, unresponsive bad attitudes.

Called to leave a message at 11:15pm and a lady answered the phone. A young man called me Saturday morning at 8:04am. He had been to my home fixed problem and was gone by 8:45am. Amazing, super service. And he told me they stand by their work.

We have used Bud Sewer Service for years and always try to spend our money local. There is always someone available to answer their phones during business hours and they are no more expensive than any other sewer service. If, you want quality service, then you will call a qualified professional.

Okay. Expensive. Hard to get to answer a call but once they do return a call you can get an appointment. Old town with old pipes and unmapped sewer systems no better business to be in. When they show up work is done. The 3 star is for price gouging on simple jobs.

Thanks to Mark at Bud Sewer, a great catastrophe was avoided today. We followed our noses to the source of the issue in the basement this morning and within 1 hour, Mark was here with whatever magic tools he uses to dislodge 40 years worth of Lord-knows-what in our pipes. He was courteous and even took time to explain how this issue could be prevented in the future by installing a couple of water sensors. He engaged with our toddler, explained things as he went, and didn't even mind the occasional tantrum from one of our other children. 35 minutes and $140 later, our problem was fixed and another hour and a bottle of bleach after that, it was like it never happened. Thank you, Bud Sewer!!!
