Buck's came out today and fixed the water leak in my apartment, not only that but they informed me that I need a new Bathtub as it was rotting and leaking which I was very unaware of. They also cleared the clog in my bathroom sink when I asked even though they weren't there to do that. They told me they are going to work on getting me a new Bathtub which is greatly appreciated. Good work guys and thank you I am really looking forward to being able to take a nice hot shower again!

Welp, made appointment to have two water hammer eliminators installed. I told the lady it was copper pipe. emphasized that a pressure reducer already fixed all the water hammer except in our master bath. Appointment was set for Friday at anywhere from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm. it's now 3:00 pm and no show no call. so dissatisfied, they did a great install of my tankless water heater and the pressure reducer. But they are not consistent. Now I have to get another plumber.

The people are not pleasant to deal with and it is very difficult to get them on the phone but I was willing to deal with that because I needed my tank pumped. After multiple times trying to get it scheduled we did and they came and pumped the tank. Just a few months later I was having issues again and had a different company out to pump. Bucks pumped it from a tiny hole right where the sewage enters the tank and the tank was clearly not empty when they left but they told me that is how it is supposed to be. The company that came out the next time pumped it from the very large hole in the middle, inspected the baffles on the front and back (and found the exit baffle broken and in need of repair) and you could see the entire tank bottom when they were done. The last 10 inches was all thick slurry that the new company said was just not pumped out last time, no way it could have formed in the few months since the last pump out. I even asked one of the guys if they should pump from a different hole and he told me not necessary - the next company told me it is impossible to correctly pump a tank from the hole that Buck's used. I honestly am very upset and feel like all they did is suck the water out and I paid for basically nothing. Just not happy, I feel cheated and they weren't even nice while they Bucked me.

Destroyed a a 20 year old China Girl Holly to the point the City picked it up in 3 pieces. Left a 3 foot hole where the Holly once stood, ruts left in front yard. Guys said they were in a hurry, had one more customerbefore they were through for the day.
These guys didn't even dig under the sidewalk as instructed by their boss, they went around it and under the holly which they threw away.
never even said, ""I'm sorry""
Buck's should not be allowed to work in Tennessee or anywhere else.
Stay away from Buck's If you value your landscaping and/or plumbing.

Bucks sent another technician out and was able to fix the issue. Appreciate them coming back and fixing what another technician wasn't able to!

I called the office and the lady told me Shane would call me later. It has been three days since my first call and I have not received any message from Shane yet. I know it is a busy time of the year, or any time is busy for this business. However, if you don't have time to take more jobs, then just say it!!

I am sorry that I have to give one star for this encounter, not even a service at all.

Blew off 3 appointments on Septic Inspection. Worst service provider I have tried to use in years, possibly in my life. Accepts jobs, appointments and makes promises but is incapable of providing service on time, and incapable of returning calls. Staff is clueless and has no ability to do anything take a message for which you will not be called back. Kind of a problem if you want your septic inspected for a new house under contract. ADVICE: Use another company or prepare to have your time wasted. You can't trust a business that can't use a phone.

Had my leak from the meter to the house fixed in a little over 2 hours . Price was fair and was happy with their work will always use this Company. I give them a five star rating.We had estimate from another plumber that was outrageous. Thank goodness for Buck's

My water heater tore up and flooded my bathroom bc it's located in the bathroom. I called them on a Friday night and they had Craig and another gentleman to my house the next day. They were completely up front about everything. They went nearby got another water heater and had the job complete and tested the new heater within 2 hours. I have used them before and will use them again for any future issues I may have. I highly recommend them especially if you want fast friendly and professional service!
