The email was from [email protected], but the reply to that email was to [email protected]. Why do businesses do this?

Updating this review as I've now been a customer of Buckner's for a couple of years.
I continue to be impressed by the quality of their work and with their ethics as a business. They provide high quality for a fair price, and they make the extra effort to do right by their clients. Austin W. is normally who comes to service our furnace and he is fantastic, I'm always happy to see him.
I'll continue to take my business to Buckner's and would happily recommend others to do the same.

What extraordinary experiences we've had with Buckner's repairing our old Lennox heat pump & then replacing it with a much better Trane air conditioner. Every step of the way we were treated with nothing but the utmost kindness and respect. Team members were extremely knowledgable and very patient explaining everything, especially important for seniors like us. Incredible 24/7 emergency response time! No sales pitches. Pricing was fair and upfront. Love that they clearly itemized costs in writing, gave options, and kept detailed records. They called ahead to confirm and were on time. Every promise was kept. Hats off to Austin, Gary, Zach and Steve! You earned our trust and made us feel like family members.

We woke up to an extremely cold house. Our furnace was toast and due to its age we knew we wanted to replace rather than repair. Having an 18 month old who won't keep covers on, waiting until my husband got back from his business trip wasn't an option. The first company I called couldn't help us until next week but referred us to Buckner Heating and Air. Boy am I glad they did! I called and was put in touch with Steve who said he could come out and take a look right then! He gave me pricing over the phone which allowed me to discuss with my husband which option we wanted. Came in and did a great job and I had heat by 11am. Fantastic service. Thank you!

Furnace stopped in the middle of the night while the temp was in single digits. Called right away and Austin came out first thing in the morning. He got the furnace running while he got the needed parts. Came back out in the afternoon and in a few minutes we were back up and running. Austin was very professional and efficient. Very relieved given the current very dangerous cold spell.

They installed an A/C system 2 years ago and have had problems off and on since then. I'm so happy that the air decided to go out during a heat wave, it was a nice 90 degrees in my house. We had a family friend patch it until this week it went out again. Buckner came out to look at and it was a disaster. They messed with the A/C and the tech came to let us know he may have broken something but hopefully not. He then told us the blower needed to thaw, no big deal. When he was questioned about his work he threw a tantrum. He threw my husbands phone and said he was leaving and not coming back. The service manger then called to rudely tell us we needed to find someone else to fix it because they weren't coming back out. They also told us our 10 year warrant from the manufacture was voided. What are you expected to do when your house is 90 degrees and the people that are suppose to fix it refuse. You call someone else to fix it. Some time later the owner shows up while someone else is here fixing it and he gets mad that we didn't wait around in the heat for someone to maybe show up and fix our A/C (despite the fact many people already told us they weren't going to come back). He argues with me and the new A/C man for a while then threw up his hands, said a sad excuse for a sorry, and left. Some of the poorest customer service I've ever experienced.

We had a new house built about 2 years ago and the contractor used Buckners to put in the HVAC system. This is the second summer season that we have had to use our AC. The house is a two story house and for some reason part of the second floor doesn't get cooled very well. I've had two separate HVAC companies look at my system and they both told me that the tube that feeds the upstairs is way too small for the system that was installed. We are trying to come up with alternative solutions to cool the other side of the 2nd floor. Right now I'm shutting down other vents trying to feed the air upstairs and that is not helping much.

My review is long overdue. I just have to say that these folks are the BEST! I've been doing business with Buckner Heating and Cooling for years, and I've never been disappointed. I recently had to replace my furnace, and it surprised me that there was no hard sell from them - this isn't the case with other companies that I've dealt with. They provided me with options and left me to make the decision. They are true professionals and another thing - I've noticed that the same people come out year after year to check on my furnace and AC (maintenance agreement). The lack of turnover tells me a lot about a company. I just can't say enough good about this company, and I recommend them all the time. I know they have a good reputation because I hear the same message from others. Five stars all the way!!!!

Our ac was not cool. I contacted a large company and they said it would be about 4 weeks.
I found Buckner's which is closer to where I live, and they came the next week.
There was a crack in the exterior coil. It was leaking coolant. Tony was extremely respectful of our home and our space.
They determined the part was under a warranty but needed to be shipped, plus labor and coolant. We also needed an electrical shut off installed outside.
It took a few days but the part came in. Tony installed it. He did have some issues with the part but he worked through it and got it installed.
The house is very cool now. The help was appreciated. It took a few days and communication could have been a touch better , but it worked out well.
I would recommend their services.
