Terrible customer service. I spoke to them twice before they came to my home. Both times they explained their labor fee was $100 for the 1 st hour, $80 for the second. They spent less than 2 hours at my home, but charged me 3 hours of labor. This is an extra $80. When I realized my charges, I called and spoke to Veronica who refused to make it right. She said they charged me time traveled, which had never been mentioned in our previous discussions. She said it took 45 minutes each way to travel 18.7 miles. Thing is, the plumber who was here told me it was only a 25 minute drive from their office. Either way, I was charged a fee I was not told about up front. Makes you wonder what else they aren't up front about!
