We have had heating and plumbing done by Buckmaster. We have always been pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. They are affordable as well.
We had work done on a rental in Lebanon. We had to call them back several times to make it right. In the end, they realized they had installed the natural gas heating system incorrectly which was hazardous to our tenants.
Highly recommend! Called for furnace and ductwork repair after two other companies had tried and failed to perform repairs. Jose came out, diagnosed the problem and got the furnace working in no time. His helper repaired the ductwork at the same time, and everything is now working great. I will definitely call them next time I need HVAC work done.
I give Scott and his guys a two thumbs up!! They were always on time and extremely helpful.
They had an outside guy come inspect their work and the last company I used at a different location never did that. $1,5000 rebate from CPI (which Scott set up) is a bonus for sure! Obviously I am not disappointed and you won't be either.
They have done multiple projects for me. Fair prices, prompt services, courteous employees. Everything was completed as requested. Area was left clean. They wore masks without being asked to. Other contractors speak highly of them. Will continue to use their services.
Awful. Called a couple weeks back to have a leaking garbage disposal replaced at one of our rentals. They did the job, which took under an hour, and replaced it with a $75 unit. Bill total: $400. I called to find out the issue and the owner couldn't tell me why it was so expensive, but out of the kindness of his heart offered to take off 10%... . Use someone else.
Cynthia P.Corey came to my house on a home warranty call. Another plumber had snaked a slow-moving drain three times and left it totally clogged. Corey said it was a difficult clog, but he was able to clear it in 15 minutes. He also cleared a slow-moving drain from my washer. When the washer hose sprang a leak from the snake due to my old T-joint plumbing, Corey was able to repair the hose with parts from his truck. He was polite, efficient, and explained things clearly. Now my bathroom sink drains beautifully, and my washing machine no longer fills the laundry sink with ten inches of water.
I can't say enough about Cory and his service level! He diagnosed, and gave us estimates at 5pm on a Friday! He came back and installed it almost 50 feet of ducting and got rid of the smell following a flood!
Thank you BM!
Nikki F.Terrible. We scheduled a small repair in our home. Were told that it was a $60 service call fee but that the $60 would go toward the first 30 min of work time. The repairman came out, spent awhile chatting with my husband and then repaired the sink. The total time was less than 30min of work. We were then charged $150. When we called the office for clarification we were told that the time we were charged began when they left the previous job ""drive time"". Therefore we were charged for a full hour. Although it was frustrating to be charged so much for such a small fix we paid. The sink then began leaking again a few days later. The repairman came out again (after us calling a few times to try to get someone to come out) a week later, ran a bunch of water through it and didn't see a leak so left. The sink again began to leak. We called and again had to wait a week to get someone to come out. The repairman did the exact same thing as the last (tan water through the the sink) and didn't see a leak so nothing was done. We then received another bill in the mail for $60!! My husband had to call and complain, supposedly the charge has been removed. The office has terrible, unfriendly customer service and is unprofessional. We will not use them again and would not recommend.
Jose and Robert are awesome. We called Hendricks in Corvallis to come out and look at our furnace and heat pump, they told use both had to be replaced. I decided to get a second opinion and called Buckmasters. Jose and Robert came out and took twice the time to check out our system. They said yes the furnace needed replacing but not the heat pump. They saved us $5000. They are both amazing and really fun to watch work together. We will never call anyone else to do are repairs.
