Put in a service call on Saturday for the hot water heater continuously tripping the breaker. Had to call at around noon Monday and he said he hadn't even checked his email yet, despite the terms of the warranty company stating they must schedule an appointment within 24 hours of the service call being requested. He comes out Monday afternoon and says he'll be back at 4 on Tuesday with parts. He also says that we can just keep resetting the breaker and it'll be fine, which is borderline negligent advice.

4pm rolls around on Tuesday, no word from him. We start calling both phone numbers at 4:15 and repeat several times until 5:30, including leaving a voicemail. No answer. No callback.

Turns out he cancelled the service call through the warranty company and didn't even have the common courtesy to call and let us know.

Don't bother, take your business elsewhere.

I have used Buckeye Plumbing multiple times and love the job they do. I use them on all my rental houses and investment homes. Jim always comes through for us when we need him. I would highly recommend Buckeye Plumbing to anyone in the Dallas Fort Worth Area. Great customer service reasonable prices and has all the good equipment for any plumbing situation.
