You called us out for the same issue 12/07/22 (10 weeks later) Water quality and temp are important. We did not agree you shouldn't pay.. you did not want to because the system needed the same maintenance again - the supervisor just wanted peace. We did nothing wrong. You did call us for a different issue - because we are a good plumbing company. We were unable to help you because we were fully booked and thought another company would make you happier. They then charged me $390 (when verbal quote on phone was $300) for garbage Disposal (1/2 Horspower Insinkerator that costs $140 at Lowes)....How Ironic that the Final was $390!!! $250 service fee on top of $140. Obviously once there to assess, they quoted $390...I was stuck to pay bc I didn't want to lose $250 and have Nothing! Yet it was $90 more or nearly 33% higher than Verbal quote on phone....but ballpark bc service tech has to assess. Soo, u can see its a trap and NOT a good feeling. While CS is sugary sweet, quoting policy, they are part of the trap. I raised to manager level, as I shared my displeasure with CS. I got Jackie a very RUDE, Condescending matter of fact """"it is what it is"""" type person NOT at all open to hearing my side of story. So basically they didn't honor Verbal and screwed a potential long term client with 6 properties to protect their scam and making $250 for an hour Install. Don't trust them, get everything in writing. Technician was great, but I think he's just a contract plumber NOT an employee....as timing or arrival was Late and he mentioned, """"well I guess Buckeye plumbing has to make their cut/profit"""" also.....I go with Charlie Swain or direct local plumber next time. Olivid Rosario the service tech was amazing, friendly and fast. we had some initial misunderstandings with the office during scheduling. once Olivid showed up, all was good.

We discovered our garbage disposable ran its course and needed to be replaced. Contacted Buckeye Plumbing and they streamlined the whole process. Our Service Tech, Olvid arrived the following morning right on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Buckeye to friends and family.

Had an issue with the Gas hot water heater at our home. First time calling Buckeye and I'm happy I did! The person answering the phone was most helpful and got me scheduled for the next day. I appreciate her efficiency and understanding. The technician showed up on time with a work truck and had the problem solved in no time! Honest and reliable. Have used Buckeye Plumbing for a few years now. They are always quick to respond, knowledgeable, professional and do great work all at competitive prices. I live full time in NY and have a house in Jupiter Florida, and very much appreciate the quality work they do. I highly recommend this company. Wish all contractors were this good!

My house watcher notified me that the whole house turn on/off valve was stuck. I contacted Buckeye for possible valve replacement. Paul, the technician, fixed the problem without replacement, he contacted me personally to let me know that everything was now working. He saved me the cost of valve replacement which, considering parts and labor, could have been up to $300-$400 dollars. Paul sent me photos of the valve and he could not have been more accommodating. Buckeye had sent him out promptly after my call and they communicated with me very well. I was out of state and grateful to have Buckeye on site to take care of my plumbing issue. I will continue to use Buckeye not only for by backwash certifications but for all my plumbing needs. Thank you. Steve G
