Recommended Customer Reviews

It's not often that a business goes above and beyond a customer's expectations. We recently contacted Buckeye Plumbing to locate a possible leak in one of our walls. They showed up on time, the first time with all of the proper equipment. The plumper who came to our house was friendly and professional. As part of the inspection the plumber had to go on the roof to look down the vent pipe with a camera. (looking for the leak)While he was up there he accidentally slightly, damaged one of our roof tiles (we wouldn't have known if he didn't tell us) Not only did he ADMIT to doing it BUT the administration contacted us and had it professionally repaired by a roofing company! Sometimes the true test of a good, honest business isn't when everything is easy. It's how they handle matters when things don't go as planned. Buckeye Plumbing exceeded ALL of our expectations and I must say I was truly impressed with their honesty and professionalism. Those qualities are getting harder and harder to find with businesses in South Florida. I strongly recommend Buckeye plumbing to anyone in need of a good plumber and will be using them from now on for all of our plumbing needs.

I have used them twice now. They are very efficient, friendly and professional. Both times was a positive experience. My last issue I had an appointment mid morning. That morning they called me because they had an earlier opening and to see if that would work for me. It was perfect for me and I was glad they gave me the option! They get right to work and in no time your plumbing problems are gone. I will definitely use them again. (Hopefully not too soon though )

We have called numerous plumbers in to solve leaking flapper problems with Duravit toilets and no one could fix the problem until Andrew arrived from Buckeye. Andrew was amazing, he successfully analyzed the problem and developed a solution that has been working perfectly. The entire transaction with Buckeye went very smoothly from booking the appointment to their follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Buckeye seems to be a very well managed company and Andrew was terrific!

Buckeye Plumbing saved me from the """"plumber from hell"""". The bad plumbing company left me with a 5 foot hole that was 2 feet deep, 3 broken pipes and 2 ripped electrical wires and broken concrete pavers all over. This was right outside my back door. Buckeye came the day before the hurricane was supposed to hit and snaked my lines, and repaired the broken pipes. They arrived on time. Called before they were coming to give me a time frame. They were polite, helpful, knowledgeable and fixed the mess the other company made!

Buckeye came to my rescue after a stressful night of undiagnosed gushing water. They agreed to come to my house while I was at work to assess the underground situation. They were able to assess the problem rather quickly and charged a quite fair (never cheap, it's a plumber!) amount. He was kind, courteous, and even texted me updates as requested. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Just had Buckeye plumbing come fix multiple issues at our home. Jonathan was amazing and he gave me his honest opinion on what he would do to solve the issues we were having. He fixed one issue with the toilet that had been going on for years that other plumbers never had a solution for. He replaced the parts on the inside of the toilet and now it is fixed! Service call was right on time and the estimate was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call Buckeye plumbing again. It did take a few days to get an appointment but I am glad I waited. Definitely would use them again in the future!

My water meter showed that I had a leak so I called Buckeye to come find and fix it. I was told on the phone that the charge would be $125 an hour and to anticipate that it would require two hours. Their guy showed up and after checking to see if the leak was obvious (toilets, outdoor spigots, etc.) and finding that it was not, told me that he wanted to install valves on the main water line to attempt to narrow down the point where there was a leak. He wanted to install two valves at a cost of $180 each plus the $125 an hour charge. When I indicated that the cost was getting pretty high just to locate the leak, he told me that finding a leak is very difficult and that he had seen the cost go as high as $2500. I paid him for an hour of his time and sent him away. Then I called a company specializing in leak detection and they very quickly located the leak --- a leaking spigot outside to which a hose was attached --- for a reasonable fee. I would not recommend Buckeye to find a leak.

Excellent service!! Had a bad leak today in my upstairs bathroom. Came out immediately and was so professional and pleasant ( Juan was my tech) Would highly recommmrnd

From my initial phone call to the installation of a hot water heater, nothing but rave reviews for this company. Buckeye was so thorough with everything. I will recommend them always and use them all the time!

Did not perform the work it was hired to and the plumber left without finishing the job and still charged me $125 on my credit card just for showing up. Customer service was rude!
