Called five plumbers yesterday after not having water in our kitchen since Sunday. Buckeye called back. He installed new faucet and disposal for a fair price. Coming back Tuesday to hook up water line to fridge. We recommend them. Absolutely.

Was having leaking water issues,had them come out to assess the issue.What started out to be something small turned in to something major(leaking stack).Had other things that needed repairing as well hot water faucet in the bathroom was not working they told me I needed a whole new faucet(went and purchased a new one Moen spent $170 on that purchase)turns out that all was needed was for the line to be changed.This company started off very good,then the line of communication just went away.Still waiting for the owner to return my call.Will not refer or use them again.

Very unprofessional!
I told them over the phone exactly what I wanted done. The guy shows up not prepared and tell me he needs to pick up tools and parts and can come back tomorrow. I said OK let's get started. Next days comes and goes , no call no show. And next day, no call no show. I call the office again. Ask what's going on??
There technician forgot all about it.
He ask to come the next day and says he has all the parts and will not take long. I say OK fine let's just get it done. Next day comes and again NO CALL - NO SHOW.

Originally the appt was scheduled for Friday @ 9:30. At 11am I called to see when they would be here. They called back at 3pm and said that their techs got caught up with jobs that took longer than expected. They rescheduled for the following Monday. They showed up on time and had the work completed very quickly with no problems. Because of the missed appt they took $50 off the work .

Called at 8 am for plugged toilet needing fixed today. I had to call them back at 3:40 pm to hear they can't make it today!

Buckeye Plumbing was able to schedule me same day, and were prompt and professional in their work. Price was reasible, and most importantly, the work they did completely resolved the issues. While I hope to not need the services of a plumber in the near future, I would use Buckeye Plumbing again without hesitation, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable plumbing company.

The guys at Buckeye plumbing were great to work with. They called the morning of our scheduled appointment to confirm when they would be able to swing by. They helped listen to my concerns and provide recommendations on what needed to be fixed as well as what could be left as-is. They were prepared with all of the necessary parts so that everything could be completed right there. Quick, courteous, professional, reasonably priced, and quality work. Would not hestiate to use them again for any future needs.

I placed a ""request for service "" around 4am. Kevin responded on the website around 7am. I called his phone number and had to leave a voice mail. Kevin called me back in a reasonable time. We made arrangements to meet at my rental property at 10:30am. This may seem like a difficult process to set up a service call, but this was a Sunday morning! None of the other plumbers that Yelp notified responded at all.

So, cutting to the chase, Kevin showed up, on time and with everything needed to complete the job (clogged drain line). Setting to work, he did all he could to preclude making an already messy situation worse. This was an old house with plumbing that is not necessarily to code so snaking the line was not easy. (As previous contractors proved.) Kevin worked until he got through the blockage and then kept going! He found that in addition to the total blockage, there was an additional constriction further out, in the yard. Most plumbers I have dealt with would have stopped as soon as the drains started to empty. In summary, Buckeye Plumbing is a plumbing contractor I can not only recommend, but THE plumbing contractor I will definitely use again.

Buckeye Plumbing fixed our sump pump issue to bring it up to code. They were efficient, fast and respectful. I didn't have time to price compare so I have no idea if they were within a reasonable range but considering they did a good job, I'm very happy.
