This company is hands down the best in everything. We have gotten to know BJ and his son over the last few years due to a leak in our ceiling at our last house leading to repairs under our shower and clogged drains in kitchen then at the new house we had a leaking water line in our washer and dryer area onto a clogged drain in our kitchen. Every communication with both BJ and his son has been at times funny but always professional. They're knowledge knows no limits. We will ALWAYS call them first!!!!

Customer service is above and beyond. We noticed we had water pooling in our bathroom and it appeared to be coming through the floor seams. I'd called a few plumbers that couldn't get me in for over a week and then found Buchanan Plumbing. I called and Dena was beyond helpful and said she'd be able to get someone out in the morning. She asked me to send her pictures of the water leak and the leak in the crawl space so she could better inform the plumber what was going on.

Sure enough the next morning Brandon came out and quickly determined that the water was coming from our newly installed toilet. He then addressed a minor sink water pressure issue we had and went into the crawl space to double check we had no further issues. Brandon was very knowledgeable and made us feel confident with his assessments. We were very impressed with the amazing customer service and genuine people we interacted with. Absolutely will be recommending this company and will use it for any future plumbing issues!

Arranged to have a leaky Delta vanity faucet repaired - a 15 minute job. This faucet is the most widely distributed in the US and the leak is almost always due to small seals and springs. Delta makes a specific kit for this. Plumber shows up and, of course, doesn't have the part. While I had an important appointment, I had no choice but to wait the additional 40 minutes while the plumber went to get a part he should otherwise always have on his truck. Bottom line: Despite their 2 hour window be prepared for a lengthy extension while they get their act together.

Buchanan Plumbing came to the rescue at 2:00AM to resolve a sewage backup that could have ruined my condo. You will not find a better company to help with your plumbing needs.

The business provides quick, friendly, courteous service. Whoever answered the phone communicated with me the plumber was on the other line and would give me a call back ASAP (which he did). Also, the plumber communicated when he would be on his way.
