We have used this company and its predecessor (JT O'Brien) exclusively, for all our plumbing issues--both in our old house and at our church--for over ten years. They have done everything from connecting washing machines and putting new washers in leaking faucets to installing thirty shutoff valves in one day to replumbing and replacing boilers and hot water heaters. We had six different contractors to the church. Each told us a different story about how to fix the problems with the boilers (that were not working AT ALL). We went with B&C because of our experience with them at home and because they took the time to talk the solution through with us in a way everyone could understand. Now two heating seasons later those boilers are working perfectly--which means that the other five guys were WRONG about what the issue was! All of which is to say, as others here have: no matter how big or small your problem these guys will know what to do and do it right. If they do make a mistake (which happened once in ten years) the return visit to fix it is no charge. They're also not only excellent plumbers. They have the old-fashioned courtesy to call and let you know if they are running late, and to clean up after themselves instead of leaving a mess for you. While we live in north Jersey we will never use another plumbing company.

So first off, I've used this company several times. I also recommend them to my clients. I've never had an issue and my clients have always been satisfied. The service was always prompt. When experiencing plumbing issues you want and expect quick service.
When the plumber arrives he is always neat, no dragging mud through the house, and leaves the space after the high quality of work is completed, tidy and neat.
Plumbing issues are never fun, but if you need to hire a plumber, this is the company to call. High marks across the board.

I had a small problem of water constantly leaking in my toilet, from the flash tank to the toilet bowl, nothing major but I wanted to preserve fresh water and save the planet, so I called my favorite company Jannel plumbing. It turned out, that the owner of Jannel retired and this company took over Jannel's client database. OK, I decided to give them a chance, and I sorry I did.
First, the plumber came 15 minutes before the scheduled time, despite the fact that I specifically called the company and told that I would not be at home... My wife let him in, and when I came home he already fixed the problem - he needed to readjust one screw in the valve to stop the leakage. Quick and nice, but then he said he would charge me for a trip $125 plus tax. For turning one screw a half way. As I said, I wasn't at home when he started, so I didn't have a chance to ask for invoice and decide if I want the service before he even started, so I had to pay. He also said: ""I am only charging your for a trip, I didn't put on the paper that I fixed your problem, otherwise my boss would say to charge you more."" Really?!
Besides, the trip charge for a plumber? Never heard about it, at least not with Jannel. I am sure they would not charge me anything.
So, this company - never again.
