Fast service, extremely courteous, fair price. I called on Sunday about our broken toilet and Mr. Bucci called back within minutes to make arrangements to come out to do the repair. Shortly after we realized our situation was more urgent than we initially believed. We called back and he made arrangements to be at our house first thing the next morning. Job was completed in less than an hour. We will definitely call him in the future.

One of my diamond earrings that I wear every single day went down the bathroom sink. Based on Yelp reviews, I called Bucci plumbing for help He immediately told me not to run water down that sink, but I could only hope that my 8 year old granddaughter hadn't been in there to do just that. He told me that he would be here in about an hour and a half and that he would call 15 minutes before he arrived. He did call 15 minutes before arrival and he did arrive on time. He got my earring out, plus he solved a problem we were having in another sink. He didn't look for additional work----just solved the problems we had. He did a good job, was reasonable, and I would definitely call him again.
