We had a toilet backing up. Two plumbing companies came out and told us we needed to spend thousands of dollars due to ""broken pipes"" and roots. We had them do some work with NO improvement!! We called Bubbles plumbing and Richard diagnosed the issue as an old toilet with mineral deposit build up. Bubbles ordered a toilet and installed it in a timely fashion. Problem gone at a fraction of the cost!!! Bubbles is our plumber from now on!!

if you want to hire an unprofessional abusive person to do your plumbing Hire Dick, he will fulfill all those criteria and more.
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional person/ company in my entire 55 years.
the only saving grace this OWNER has is a competent and professional staff working under him, They fixed every problem that he created. Much to his chagrin. He is unhelpful mean angry and incredibly rude
They finally came out and worked on correcting the simple issues that should not have been issues in the first place.
And yes the issue was an easy fix - but getting the guy to fix it was no easy task - which is so important when you're dealing w people, if you paid them and it was guaranteed it should be easy - in my experience- it wasn't - not in the least bit
My simple argument You plumbed the house , it's your work and it didn't last a month - you should fix it - anyone with integrity would do so. I think 100 % of people would agree with that statement
It's that simple - integrity - honoring your work and bringing your A game to fix the issues you caused. That shouldn't be an issue.
Dick made it an issue. That's what Dick likes to do
The owner of this place is unprofessional- abusive - and incredibly rude. I would not rehire this person if he offered to replumb my entire house free of charge.
That is how bad ( in my opinion ) he is.
I truly hate dogging a california business, its hard enough in this state but its harder still when the issues caused by the company you hired are neglected and put on you when all along they were the very people/ persons that caused the issues and they refuse to fix the issues.

Richard and his crew did a wonderful job bringing my living room fireplace to life. The previous owner added a new firebox, but didn't plumb a gas line. Richard was responsive, he and his crew were kind and courteous, did a great job. They patched and painted and cleaned up at the end of the day. I am so glad I did this, love the working fireplace!

Richard and his team handled the replacement of our shower pan (NOT a small project) in the new house we purchased. He estimated fairly and communicated with me throughout the process about expectations, pros and cons, and options we had to save ourselves repeat work in the future. His team worked quickly and did perfect work. I've already had to text for a couple of unrelated issues we found in the new house, and every time Richard is on it right away.
We will use Bubbles for 100% of plumbing issues or renovations we have in the future, and are so grateful to have found them! Professional, quick, responsive, and local.

My thanks to Richard, Ian and crew for helping to fix our crawlspace leak. Everyone involved was friendly and professional while expediting our repair. They were on time (even a little early which is great when you've turned off your water!), finished the work in less than 90 minutes and explained why the leak occurred. I initially had called another provider who is very well reviewed on Yelp and received a bid for 300% of the cost paid to Bubbles. Glad I did some homework first, talked to Richard and worked with Bubbles. They've earned my future business.

I had a clog and called Bubbles. They sent two delightful young men out the next day who tried their very best to release the clog. They ended up having to dig a new clean out. They were incredibly professional, respectful, understanding, quiet, and friendly. They cleaned up everything when they were finished and charged fairly for the service. I've been working on a DYI project below my kitchen sink but needed professional help to remove a rusted out drain nipple. Called Bubbles at 9:30am today and they were here by the afternoon. Rik took care of the issue in about 30 minutes. Great service, responsive, and they charged exactly what they quoted on the phone. I hope I don't need to call a plumber again anytime soon but I'd use these guys if the need arises.

Richard is honest, fair, helpful, and conducts his business with integrity. We spoke with him over an issue that other plumbers would've taken advantage of us for, but Richard talked us through the simple fix for our shower head and helped us resolve it ourselves in 5 minutes. When we thanked him for it, he said ""Of course, it's not all about money, it's about the community."" Total stand up guy. Let's just say that he has earned all our plumbing business going forward.
