One guy from Bubbles was solid, for a small job. The next guy was clueless and charged for a visit even though he didn't know how, or didn't have the tools ... to remove a set screw.
How can you charge for incomplete work due to ignorance?

I found a different company who was solid. I will not look fondly on the Bubbles-branded van the next time I see it parked outside a neighbor's house. ?

Note: This review is solely for the quote I received over the phone since I was thoroughly impressed with my interaction with Richard. Unfortunately they weren't available the same day so I went with someone else who was.

My water pressure regulator / main sprung two leaks but that wasn't the only problem. Sent Richard a video and he was able to tell me in detail and with accuracy (confirmed by the plumbers that came out) what I needed fixed and also gave me an estimate. I told him I wanted to get at least a second opinion and he was gracious about it. Didn't try to pressure me or anything and made sure I had all the information I needed.

Thank you, Richard! I appreciated your help today. You guys will be my first call if I ever run into plumbing issues again.

Responsive, Punctual, Efficient, Effective, and Kind, to boot! The team at Bubbles Plumbing has been servicing various issues at my home for years. They are always so responsive and fast! This year, we had to do a whole-house re-pipe and I appreciated Richard's nudging me to consider alternatives, thorough advice, and options. He explained the process very clearly, and made sure we understood all that it would entail. It was a large, intrusive job, but they worked efficiently and we are happy we did it.

We have been using their services intermittently for many years, based on other reviews. The work has been average at best, and we have twice had to call them back out after a job to fix something that was not fully repaired in the first place. As a bonus bummer, we discovered recently that the repair person had wiped his hands, covered in black oil, on our new white shower curtain--!!

Their customer service has gone WAY downhill, and our last attempt to schedule something was a huge headache. In a city of 9 million people with so many talented businesses, there is no reason to struggle with these people. Go elsewhere!
