I love these guys! We had them out to run a fiber optic line for our internet that AT&T couldn't do in an aesthetically pleasing way to our restored craftsman home. They sent two guys...didn't get their names...but they did an amazing job. We added an additional request to the order while they were there to change out a light fixture which they cheerfully accommodated. We were so happy with their work that we decided to call Bubbles again for a couple of minor plumbing issues we'd been procrastinating on. The fine fellow sent out for that was able to fix a leaky faucet by replacing a screw that our previous plumber said could not be fixed. We lived with that leaky faucet for way too long. Now fixed and we didn't have to replace the entire fixture which made me super happy because it was an expensive fixture. All around, two great experiences with fantastic professionals. Definitely recommend!

Terrible experience with them. Disrespectful and insulting, and they over quoted the hours the project would take by double, yet didn't revise the quote. Owner after being confronted claims ""he doesn't want our business"". Would never recommend, and will never use again.

Dont use them. They midlead the work to be done, the amount of time it takes. Also treats homeowners disrepectfully when their word is challenged.

The trap in the kitchen was blocked so we called Bubbles and Julio showed up on time and within 20 minutes it was cleared. My kitchen was pretty dirty from all the water that leaked out but Julio left it cleaner than when he got there! He was professional and didn't try to up-sell me with anything which was really refreshing. My sink works again! Would gladly use them again!

If there's one thing I can't stand for service professionals, it's when the quotes change for no legitimate reason. We recently bought a new condo and called Bubbles due to recommendations in a local moms group. We gave a list of all the (minor) repairs and installations we wanted done and got a quote of $600. Richard said there was nominal cost for the shower fixtures we needed and the cost was primarily labor.

They showed up early today to get the work done. The person who showed up (whose name I unfortunately didn't get) looked at the dishwasher to be installed and claimed it was a lot more work than he'd anticipate. He called Richard and then suddenly, the quote was $1000. When we asked how much to do just the shower repair (change the shower faucet fixture, cartridges, and flow diverter), it was $425. That lets me know the quote was inaccurate to start because that only leaves $175 to install the drain, garbage disposal, and dishwasher under the original quote.

Due to what I felt was unethical behavior, we let them go and will look for another plumber.

Richard & co. worked as a great team-- very professional and efficient. We worked with them to install an additional bathroom, and when complications arose (our house's fault, not theirs) they were completely professional to work with in dealing with the extra work and costs ahead. To top it all off, when additional problems arose (again, our house's fault, not theirs) they came back and fixed the problem with no additional charge except for the parts used. His whole crew were polite, professional, and all around excellent workers. I am happy to give Bubbles Plumbing my best recommendation, and I'm happy to know a plumber I can always call if something goes wrong.

Richard and crew were clear, conscientious, and professional. Had copper repiping and tankless heater installed. Quick responce for quote and scheduled work within days. Very fair pricing, fast, and excellent work. Would highly recommend.

What can I say? Working with Richard and his crew made buying a fixer upper as painless as possible. First he came in and gave us our initial inspection. He was was totally up front about what needed to be done vs. what we could do to have some of the conveniences of a modern home. We completely gutted our electrical and plumbing and have been 100% happy we did. Richard & Chuy were dependable, trustworthy and kept on coming back until we were 100% satisfied (and I am super picky). I highly recommend these guys... If they did babysitting, I'd trust them with my kid.
