Customer service is horrible. I wouldn't go there if my life depended on it. Owner is incredibly rude and tried over charging me. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Have had four dealings with them, three of which were horrible experiences. One we had a heater repaired and a new exhaust put on it, and I had to clean up their mess including blood where he cut himself on the metal. Another time we had a water meter burst and all they did was complain in front of me most of the time while replacing it. The third was the most frustrating and the final straw. I scheduled an appointment has my heater was malfunctioning and they noshowed me. I waited all day for them and they never came and not only did they never show, they never called to tell me they weren't going to be there. I called them and left a message and didn't get a call back until the next day. They said the next day they would come over and fix it and I said okay. Again they noshowed me and never called. I hired a new heater guy after this and they lost my business which isn't good for them because we have multiple rentals and they would've gotten the business. Not anymore.

called btu about a glugged drain they came right over withen a half hour drain was flowing nice people good price unlike the other shops who are to good to call back I would recoment btu

During the recent Polar Vortex weather event my furnace stopped working. I called BTU Supply in Bradford, PA. Within an hour, a Tech was at my house. Rob identified the problem and promised to order the parts needed to make repairs. He returned the next day and made the necessary furnace repairs.
The bill for the furnace repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend BTU Supply to anyone needing HVAC servicing!
