Bobby with BTB home improvement was outstanding. He came out, gave me a FREE estimate on repairing some water damage I had from a busted pipe in a wall. His prices were very reasonable and he gave me solutions to fit my budget. We agreed on a date and time, he was punctual and respective of my work schedule. Everything was turn key. He went out to get the paint match, pickup up the paint, and other supplies, fixed up the wall, textured, and painted.

He kept his work area very clean by taking care to cover the windows and other areas while he applied the texture and paint to the walls. He left the work site cleaner than he found it.

Be confident that when you choose Bobby for your home construction/ repair needs you are getting quality work at a very affordable price. Be sure to support small businesses in San Antionio and give Bobby a call

A friend referred this business to me. I showed the owner Bobby where the work needed to be done in master bedroom & shower room. The owner gave me the estimate and started the work on August 25 or 26. He estimated the work should take 3 weeks. I think it was okay so I encouraged him I'd like him to start the other projects once he finished the master bedroom. I gave him my house key and credit card for his convenience to do his job.

I didn't feel like I should ask him where the status is everyday. But Bobby worked 3-4 days a week. After 3 weeks when it was finally moving forward to tile work, he said that his tile guy went to jail so he didn't want that guy to come to my house. And then because I had another painter to work with him and job duties were allocated. Bobby slowed down the project and explained he wanted to cover painter's job so he can move on. I asked him to give my painter a call and I wanted them to be on the same page. But Bobby didn't want to call.

Bobby started tile work on Sept. 11 and then started complaining about his financial & family's health situation. He didn't come to work everyday and I felt like he should be responsible to finish the project in a timely manner. I haven't mentioned about how he broke the copper tubes so I didn't have water to use for two days. I even gave him some cash to comfort him instead just wanted him to get things done asap.

Bobby took pics of my appliances in my house and then told me that he liked whatever I shopped for myself and he wanted the same things to his house. I tried to remind him to finish his job first so I can have him to start another project.

This Monday, 9/30, Bobby promised me that he will finish all the work before this Friday no matter what. He showed his motivation to me. So I gave a call to my landscaper to schedule the work start next week.

Tuesday he threw in some paper and told me that he wanted to change the bid that we agreed on. I found all the prices didn't match with his verbal quotes. After he turned in the credit card receipts to me, I found he used my credit card to shop for tools, parts, cokes, even read glasses for himself for $531. I had to stop this credit card. That made him upset because he put the new tiles to my shower room but wanted to buy grout and put it on. However, he didn't finish all the tile work from the pictures he sent to me. I asked him to work on laminate flooring he turned around to question me - are you telling me to run my business??

And then, his wife Olga called & texted me and said that they are hard worker and I shouldn't rip them off. I was confused. Because they cashed all my checks without any issues. The situation is that Bobby was the one who asked me to give him more work to do. But apparently he can't do these all by himself and he didn't want me to hire other contractors.

After they left the job I found those two suspicious bottles on my floor and they looked like something liquids came out of human body. I had to let Bobby go. He took away all the nails and materials that he shopped with my credit card and left a ton of trash in my backyard.

I offered a platform where he can perform his skills but he failed on trusts to me. I paid him upfront and he shouldn't tell me that he has financial crisis so he can't come to work or finish the job.

Don't trust this guy I had to fire him in front of his wife for not doing a good job putting the floor in he would constantly leave to go on other projects and leave his untrained sons/staff to do the work. When he was there he did more damage than anything else. He's a good shit talker that he says he can do things but he can't. And when he does do stuff it's shitty just like his work ethic
