Had a washing machine that was leaking so I called bstar since they service the valley and had some good reviews. I spoke with Alex on Friday late afternoon and he told me a plumber would be out to see me in the next 24 hours. His plumber called me that evening and came out the next morning and was on time. He was very knowledgeable and explained what would be needed to fix the leak. He got my washing machine working quickly after fixing some pipes and left after cleaning up everything. Alex personally called me after the service was done to checkin in on my experience. It felt like they truly cared about their jobs!

BSTAR plumbing is amazing. They were very professional and respectful from when they came into our townhome until they left. The team came in quickly, assesssed the leak and communicated several solution options with a recommendation on what they would do if it were their own home.

We received estimates from several companies but BSTAR was the most thorough, thoughtful and responsive in providing a timely estimate and answering any and all questions.

BSTAR performed services in accordance with their estimate (2 hours) and came in under cost estimates as well! I would definitely use BSTAR again and highly recommend them.
