I called BST plumping after reading all the great reviews and I was just as pleased. Bakar returned my call promptly and was even able to come earlier than planned after he called first to make sure I was available. He assessed the issue and was able to fix the problem right away. He kept his work area clean and walked through the house with shoe covers every time. He seemed very knowledgeable on Well water and gave some recommendations on how to improve the flow. I will definitely be reaching out to this company for any future plumping needs.

Baker is the best plumber in town! He's done many small jobs for us, so we hired him when we had a well problem. It turned into a major project which required multiple trips to the house, consulting with manufacturers reps due to the unique problems presented, and a great deal of problem solving. He remained calm and dedicated to a resolution knowing how important it is for a homeowner to have water. He is top notch and I highly recommend him!

I've used BST twice now for two separate plumbing jobs. Both great experiences - the communication, scheduling, pricing, work, and clean-up. Much better than other plumbers I used before finding BST. Bakar came out and gave me a price with no commitment needed, unlike the others who charge a bunch just to get to your house. Highly recommended!

Tremendous. I could not be more pleased. Usually when you have a plumbing problem it is an emergency, and all too often I've felt that the companies took advantage of me. Not in this case. These folks were honest and straightforward about what needed to be done, and got it done quickly and cleanly. They were also nice to my dogs :) I will use them again, absolutely.

I was extremely satisfied with this company. I was in crisis with a failing sump pump after all the rain in my area and desperately called like 10 plumbing companies to get an emergency appointment. All said they couldn't fit me in until the following week, which kind of defeats the purpose of an emergency. I was extremely upset and anxious until I called BST and spoke with Bakar who not only was sympathetic to my situation, but came out that day and replaced my sump pump. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and honest. I can sleep well tonight knowing I will not wake up tomorrow to a flooded basement. I recommend them to EVERYONE!!!!

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***Charges $300.00 to unclog a kitchen sink that took 5 minutes. States he had a problem with my credit card and wrote it down wrong. Didn't have a problem running it through 2 times for payment. Harassed me continually with calls at all hours, nasty and threatening text messages stating he would come to my work, showed up at my house on numerous occasions. This was all in a period of 3 days. Strong arm tactics-- this could of been handled more professionally. I have since fixed the payment issue. But still continues to intimidate/harass me. **There are so many more professional plumber companies to choose from don't make my mistake.
