Tremendous. I could not be more pleased. Usually when you have a plumbing problem it is an emergency, and all too often I've felt that the companies took advantage of me. Not in this case. These folks were honest and straightforward about what needed to be done, and got it done quickly and cleanly. They were also nice to my dogs :) I will use them again, absolutely.

I was extremely satisfied with this company. I was in crisis with a failing sump pump after all the rain in my area and desperately called like 10 plumbing companies to get an emergency appointment. All said they couldn't fit me in until the following week, which kind of defeats the purpose of an emergency. I was extremely upset and anxious until I called BST and spoke with Bakar who not only was sympathetic to my situation, but came out that day and replaced my sump pump. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and honest. I can sleep well tonight knowing I will not wake up tomorrow to a flooded basement. I recommend them to EVERYONE!!!!

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***Charges $300.00 to unclog a kitchen sink that took 5 minutes. States he had a problem with my credit card and wrote it down wrong. Didn't have a problem running it through 2 times for payment. Harassed me continually with calls at all hours, nasty and threatening text messages stating he would come to my work, showed up at my house on numerous occasions. This was all in a period of 3 days. Strong arm tactics-- this could of been handled more professionally. I have since fixed the payment issue. But still continues to intimidate/harass me. **There are so many more professional plumber companies to choose from don't make my mistake.

Bakar is simply terrific at his job. He was prompt, skillful and reasonable. The kitchen sink/dishwasher now drain and he advised me on how to avoid the issue in the future. I highly recommend this kind and very competent plumber! Great experience.

I chose this company based on previous yelp reviews and let me say they did not disappoint! I've been fortunate to live in a relatively newer home and haven't had much need for plumbing services, however, that changed 8 months ago when our water heater died. Not having a ""go to"" plumber I jumped on yelp in hopes to find a good one. After making the call to BST we had a new water installed before you knew it. Baker was unbelievably courteous, professional and clean with his installation. This past week I noticed water damage to one of our ceilings only to find out I had a leak in our master bathroom. I called BST once again and Bakar came to my rescue. He provided the same phenomenal customer experience as he did 8 months ago. I can't say enough about the quality of customer service I received at a very affordable price from this company. Don't stress if you need an honest, professional plumber to come in and take care of your plumbing needs. Bakar and the folks at BST Plumbing & Heating are your answer.

Bakar fit us in to a busy Saturday schedule for an emergency toilet back up in our basement. Trust. Bakar has been to my house twice and both times were educational and genuine. I trust this plumber, the best I have worked with and good pricing. Smaller plumbing issues I have asked him to check out have instead turned into preventative education and suggestions of household remedies where he could have knowingly done a simple check and billing me for it. Bakar arrived as promised (Saturday @ 8pm!) and quickly repaired the toilet (the internal parts located in the tank were out of order and the shut off valve was frozen). We believe the charges to be reasonable given his expertise, he provided all the parts and that he worked on a weekend. Bakar was extremely pleasant and donned little booties so as not to track dirt into our house. When he left, the work area was clean and free of debris. Yes, we recommend BST Plumbing and we'll use them again.
