We purchased 2 toilets from Lowes and were told BSJ Plumbing was contracted to install them. Fred called the morning of and let me know he was about 30 minutes away. He was very professional, answered all my questions took the time needed to perform a thorough job and provided all the paperwork that came out of the boxes. I have never heard of BSJ but I will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing need

I needed a new dishwasher installed and Lowe's set me up with BSJ. They got me scheduled quickly. Robert came out at his scheduled time--he called first to let me know when he was 15 minutes away. He was courteous and explained everything he was doing. He showed me how to work the new dishwasher and hauled my old one away. I will definitely use BSJ for futures plumbing needs or appliance installation.

Chad came to install a microwave that I purchased at Lowe's. He was courteous, considerate and efficient. He went above and beyond. Also Leanna who called to schedule the installation was very pleasant and efficient. Overall a very good experience. I would call them for any future plumbing needs I might have.

Our kitchen sink backed up, so I called BSJ. Chad came out and determined the problem, then recommended to auger (snake) the drain line to clear the blockage in the lateral line. They did a neat and professional job. I would definitely call them again if I need any service.

Very professional, courteous and informative as he answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable with our choice of plumbing company. I called BSJ Plumbing and spoke with Brad I got appointment the very next day after I expressed I was on a strict urgent need. I was very grateful ! Employee name Robert Labrecque arrived calling just before arrival making sure the timing was good for me . Upon assessing the situation with the water pressure gauge Robert called back and sent photos back to the home office with his assessment . Robert also called me to make sure that I received a copy of the invoice on my phone which was very much appreciated ! Great follow through !Robert also insisted on wearing brand new booties in the house to check the water pressure inside the home. My service call was very reasonable and I felt very confident with the expertise of the plumber Robert !I would not hesitate for a moment to use a high-class top-notch plumbing company for your home or business ! Robert came from BSJ as a secondary option to install our hot water heater. American Home was originally slated to do it but they had an issue and had to hand it off. They did that through Lowes who managed this job and everyone did their job well as far as this is concerned. NO DELAYS!!!!

Robert was just absolutely awesome! He did a kick ass job in a very tight work area and never complained one bit.

I will tell you what... I have been burned by plumbers in the past, but I think I finally found my go to plumber company for my home needs. These guys are honest and very knowledgeable, I trust them, and trusting anybody is a chore for me. I always feel like someone I contract is going to rip me off, and with good reason this day and age.

Robert gave me knowledge I needed to further the life of my new water heater, and it really seemed like second nature for him. You know what I mean, you can just tell about a company and the people that work for them, that they know what they are doing and can be trusted.

These guys (ROBERT) did what they were suppose to do, and did it well. TWO THUMBS UP! I will definitely go back to you guys for my other issues. Water softener, etc.! THANKS!

Second kick up for LOWES who sold me the heater and the project installation quote. I will never shop Home Depot AGAIN!

Neil and Chad we're on time and very efficient. They took my appliances
